I have been told a massive sting operation is underway by Federal officials from several departments including the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, State and local police to round up the naked short sellers and their associates.
I am told that there will be a rather significant departure of top level bashers on RB. Me being one of them.
If the legal arm of this investigation reaches me I want you to know this was done for the betterment of my family and that I did my best to remain inside the level of the law when I posted on RB. I do not believe any of my posts were ever illegal in nature or in violation of any securities regulations.
We have been told that a denial of service campaign is underway by the shorts to hamper the gathering of evidence by the Federal agents. I felt the need to have something posted here apologizing for any illegal actions I may have been a part of in hopes that there will be mercy shown to me if needed.

Just curious of BMIC and if the mini run yesterday was a result of him / her moving off the ask - seen it before a couple times on different stocks.

glass,...oh, so you're saying a short play from a Hedge fund... Yes that I can agree with, all the HOURS of DD I did to get to the bottom of all that was a headache, but VERY enlightening to say the least, so yes, I can SOLIDLY AGREE with you on that, HANDS DOWN.
That's where that hyper link I have at the bottom of my posts surfaced. With BS like that in the marketplace it's a wonder any of us make money at Penny's... "Everyone" IMO should know about it ~
CSHD, case in point. This SHOULD be going up, indicators and charts tell two different stories. I believe it was Jim Cramer who said "Charts work.... -until they don't."
I say, Charts and indicators work period, how the h*ll can they not! -- until BS starts! The indicators don't lie, they measure what's going on "behind the scenes" to a pinpoint!
Having only SOME of the facts people may agree with Cramer, but having ALL the facts, you know it isn't something "wrong" with charting, -but rather you know when the BS starts. MO ~
That's why a guy with "Chartwalker" as a sign on name doesn't have the charts up on this one much because I just get sooooo pissed when I "see it."
Now with that "outline" that Rufus gave, we have "4" PR's to look forward to BEFORE the 30th!!

I have heard of these type of basher sign-off posts before... this one does not seem to have any point to it. If it is fake then nothing happens. If it isn't then a bunch of people that need to go to jail, do. So be it.
I think I will get on with my day and dream of a world that is bash free.

I would certainly think the definition applies...

counterfeiting obligations... i.e. selling somebody a bridge you don't own... or shares you don't have or have not legally borrowed from brokerage house.
With the amount of terrorism involvement in the stock market (Bin Laden shorting airline stock prior to 9/11), the new laws give the S.S. a wide berth of freedom to use whatever means necessary to find whomever they want.
