Hmmm... this is a portion of a response that I got from etrade as to my CSHD shares being real or fake...
Thank you for your email regarding your shares in CSHD. Please give us a call at (800) 387-2331 if and when you decide to sell your XXXX shares of CSHD. As far as I can see you do own XXXX shares of CSHD.
I have yet to hear anything from choicetrade...I am attempting to get things in "writing" instead of over the phone...just trying to "cover" if there is a problem...

haha, thats an ODD response. I cant determine if there is a 'tude behind it or they just want you to sell them your shares. Very strange response IMO

i checked with my human borker yesterday...
no restrctions no warnings no nothing...
my human borker works at one of the top five borkerages in the world... they have no problems, except they hate any stock under 5$

The point is...I asked etrade point blank...if my CSHD shares were real or fake and how do I know and what stand does etrade take...are they responsible for my shares...that was the response?
does anyone know if etrade is "restricting" sells on line? I am wondering why I would need to call...

I wrote etrade yesterday about my shares, and this was their response...

So, on the theory that Rufus may have a special agenda for the naked shorters that stems from his history dealing with them. The theory that Fronthaul was massively shorted during the "log deal" days and that maye have attracted his attention..................
Well, when i spoke with him in July he confirmed to me that the log deal was ONE of the things that made them choose FHAL as their shell. We go back to the "right stock at the right time" comment. Even then he told me that although the log deal was something they were interested in it wasnt as sweet as it was originally thought to be but other reasons still make Fronthaul a nice deal.
On to my point. If it was shorted back then i am guessing a large amount of those shorts took place in the .30 range. If those shorters never had the chance to cover and it shot to .166 shortly after they surely werent going to try covering then. Now, as much as the try, they cant bring it back down. So, if the thoery is correct, the shorters are NOT going to cover .70 a share unless they are VERY sure that its necessary. So far it looks like they are calling his bluff and holding. Of course in the meantime they have likely shorted it at every price between .30 and 1.66 in order to maximize their profits....translated as losses when Rufus drops the bomb.
So, to make a long post short....the shorters are probably already so far in the hole they wont budge until pushed very hard.

I could give a rat's a$$ about the "shorts" here I don't really care if they go belly up... my concern is how these Naked shorts...these fake shares get covered! Is part of Rufus' plan is to have all of us get our CERTS and at the close ONLY those CERTS will be valid?
As it stands right now...nearly 2/3rds of the shares out there are NOT SHARES! How do THOSE get covered? and? how do you know if yours are real or not?(Ok....yes both of mine are real)
Am i going to have to take some bankrupt MM to court to get my money? Cause we already KNOW he "ain't got no shares"!?

no...if it came to that your broker would...
but it would never get to court because the MM's really don't exist...and neither does naked shorting...it's all a figment of your over active imagination!!!

I follow SLJB as well. There are a couple of real SERIOUS problem children over there. Playing games with phoney PRs...even if just for fun, is playing with big fire. And whats the deal with the basher squad using CAPS constantly over there? Is it an ego thing or something?

I really can't decide what the right course of action is - in one breath we've been told to get certs, but in another, we're "promised" this reset which will cause people to want to sell at least a portion of their holdings. If you have certs, you miss the sell more than likely....choices, choices, choices
