Also shorts can cover easily in 1 week. Say 30mil volume. They buy on dips, say 50% of buys and in 1 wekk they cover. Then demand drops?
Think about this: An average of 10 million shares per day will need to be covered for the remaining trading days until the 29th (7), now look at our volume the last several weeks, I say covering this short position will be a momentous task..IMO
As far as person with restricted shares, he is on paltalk and HSM, he has stated this multiple times..

It will happen. Remember the 20+ mil days on this in july 06? If not then CSHD or CSHDE files an extension to allow covering. They can't p-off the MM shorts or cshd will be ruined!

Yeah, I saw "20th" and blew to the "good stuff"... -my bad... Head was spinning from the 75 MILLION FTD's!!! Rufus knows more then he's telling us too...
He singled out TDA remember in his last PR! "They either cover of go bankrupt" Rufus said.
So it sounds to me like Rufus is putting the screws where they belong!

Don't forget everyone .. this is now "game-on" for all those who chase naked shorts and watch for the trigger price to be exceeded, as I believe it was today. Check out earlier post today about trigger price at 1.03 per buyins .net.
This coupled with the pr today leads me to believe the shorts will be competing with new longs playing the squeeze ... and guess what? They're all coming after our shares!

Ameritrades business decision to not allow buys on CSHD really becomes crystal clear. They have a massive FTD problem and can only correct if they no longer allow buys. They have to clear up all the FTD's. How could they do this if their customers continued to buy shares that don't exist.
After tonight's PR I would not be surprised to see other brokers follow suit and restrict the buying of CSHD. If you look at Scottrade, they call it clearing restrictions which implies that there is a FTD problem.
This is very interesting and I believe about to get even more interesting.
CSHD Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) List Identifies 75,487,085 in Market Shorts
The corporation has received the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) list from ADP Automatic Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way Edgewood, NY 11717.
"The NOBO list has disclosed 75,487,085 shares above the total free trading shares of 30,918,339 of CSHD. The shares are held by 15,184 shareholders to include institutions.
From above link also:
Ben Stanley, COO, stated, "Our actions have always been to insure the well being of our shareholders. For this reason we are going to work closely with the SEC and all institutional holders to quickly and fairly resolve this issue by September 29, 2006, the last day of certificate exchange."
So what's going on? Do these NAKED SHORTS have to be COVERED or not?...
Is this not in violation of the Counterfeit Statutes and Securities Laws of the United States?
"VERY Concerned."
Thank for you time.

i think that if they do this market wide? we'll be seeing it on the front page of a few papers... AMTD may have a problem already..
people keep saying they are protecting their customers from a scam...
as it is? they have publicly made a statemnt with their actions..
i recently met a lawyer that was involved in the tobacco lawsuits...
i think this may be right up his "alley"

As a taxpayer, member of the voting public and citizen who takes pride in management of my financial future, I am writing to express my concern over a matter recently affecting me – Naked Short Selling. I have invested in a company with my hard-earned money much as I would deposit my money in the bank – under the impression that there are laws in place and a monitoring system by a government agency to ensure that trading participants and corporations act with fairness and honesty in the free marketplace. Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that the SEC has been very lax in enforcing what little regulation it has put into place.
Specifically, I am a stockholder in the recently-merged recently-formed company Conversion Solutions Holding Corp (CSHD). The CEO of the company has made blatant and bold statements as to the naked shorting position held by shareholders and institutions and, in a nutshell, stock manipulation in the marketplace. My concern is that none of the accused corporate entities nor government agencies have stepped up to address the matter.
As you can imagine, I am greatly concerned as this matter directly affects me, my financial efforts and my future well-being. If the market is allowed to continue as a free-for-all while government entities turn their heads, then personal investment and personal wealth management will become pointless.
I ask you – what will be left? If the SEC allows the marketplace to be flooded with counterfeit shares, in what state will our open free-trading market be?
I understand there are important matters to attend to in these times, but it will behoove you to make a statement regarding this matter. I IMPLORE you to make a statement on this matter, to protect the integrity of our investment community.
With appreciation for your prompt attention,

Awesome letter BB. It wouldn't hurt to also send these letters to the Governor of the state in which you reside. Look what is happening Utah regarding Naked Short Selling, they have stepped in because they saw that no else was. If enough state governments begin to write laws protecting consumers the Fed and the SEC will have no chice but to address it.
