Thomas Kuczynski
For the past 25 years Mr. Kuczynski has been a principal lobbyist for a major U.S. natural gas company. His efforts in raising millions of dollars in campaign funds for these Republican officials have been greatly appreciated, and his influence among members of Congress is widely recognized within the Washington lobbying community. wow, that seems like another warning letter to shorts.. but in a possitive way, since they're willing to work it out with them.. prolly cut a deal.. but it seems like we'll reap the benefits after all.. =)

the 15k are the holders right? not the shorters.. cuz if u're shorting, you're not holding..

i suggest that every one of you sit down and write a letter to BOTH your senators...
your congresspesrson.. and the White House tonight...
make it short, to the point and demand action...
don't make them read a bunch of complaining...
use facts...
maybe someone will write up "form letter" and post it?
get the letters sent by email and snailmail...
call on the phone...
this is a lot of money

It means, theoretically, shorts have to buy back when longs sell. If longs don't sell at current prices, the shorts will have to pay more.
However, as we saw with PAIV, these situations, while resulting in some profits, do not create millionaires, because as a stock begins to run, people do sell, and shorts cover.

Also, please clarify (since I'm new to this stuff)...I'm with E-Trade and have been holding my shares for quite a while here, except for several hundred that I bought this week...is there anything that I should be worrying about here on this short issue?

I have asked this question before and never really received an answer. Hopefully someone here can provide an answer.
With over 75M short, IMO short does not mean people that have knowingly taken a short position but Naked Shorts by MM's and FTD's to brokers, how will they ever cover if there are only approx. 30M shares available?
Unless more shares are added how will it occur. I mean if everyone sold their real shares tommorrow that would allow 30M covers and still leave 45M short. Also who has real shares and show has the FAKES.
I know from my dreams that BB and 10 have the real ones but I can't vouch for anyone elses.

i think the FHAL holders are the ones than going get any benefit on this one, i dont know about any new BUYS(longs) as CSHD count..
