Three transactions 65k, 100k, and 144k and the price went up. After the 144k at .94, it jumped immediately to 4 upticks....95 and .9525(2 transactions), then to .955 (2 transactions), then to .96 (6 transactions).
10 upward transactions took place immediately after a 144k dump? Don't think so.
Those 3 transactions were almost 33% of the shares traded today.

Where did "Tut" post? Did he do it today? I know he has thrown out a lot of predictions and stuff, but everytime he posts a "." or a "!", etc. there is news very soon.

Provide a fact of something that you KNOW of certain but it seems you are going on a "feeling" and that is good for YOU...but you have already expressed you thoughts and concern...so why continue? You have allot of respect...and so far IMO...you deserve it...is this worth it?

Kapone reported on PalTalk making 180K off the 1.61 dump. This is pretty far outta my league. I only trust people as far as I can throw them and his wallet is weighing him down.
I think in this situation though that the large 144K transactions could have been him. And since the price didn’t snap he could be buying back in... and will post decent if not good news tonight. This is complete speculation though.

Glass? The PR for the merger? Does that need to have an 8K filing? within the 4 day rule thing? I don't see as to why it would...wouldn't the 8k ABOuT the merger (from July) be good enough? and the PR from the 13th was simply an "informational" PR?

No actually kapone is your standard top pumper turned basher type of person.
He bought in at the beginning of the merger. He was in there with all the rest of us carrying on about how rich he was going to be on the run up to 1.60, he sold when the stocklime report came out.
He claimed at the time that he sold when he heard Rufus stating to not sell no matter who tries to tell you to. He made a point of his not trusting Rufus saying that. But he sold on the drop after stocklime. He is no 144, and has had nothing but a negative take on the merger ever since he sold.

The only thing really verifiable is whether or not the www.georgiaaerospace.com website is up and running. Even if it is not, it could be for technical difficulties or redoing it to showcase connections with CSHD or a host of other things.
Particularly if sceptor's account of kapone is in line...sounds like BS

Mensah says all of this to this guy why? "the Lawyers" would advise him that Rufas is doing what? And how do the lawyers KNOW what Rufas is doing? Sorry but wasn't the lawyer the same as the one that Rufas uses? (might be a different company)... why would "this" just come out as the website is "down"? Why wouldn't Dr. Mensah have someone take all the info off of their website a few weeks back when all this crap was coming down? Not real sure that I will believe this post until the website is up and running......

Mensah has said on the phone that he would like all the shares holders to pressure rufus into funding aiss. He's actually quite free about talking to anyone about the situation.
It's all a bit odd, considering mensah sat around for a long time never bothering to call rufus and ask if he's going to fund. Then as the deals start coming together he gets all wierd?
