you know what's cool about tda I just set my sale price for the 911.06 and it accepts it. Looking at what that (TRANSACTION j/k) is worth. Is just cool to look at.

that's what people are saying. I'm not sure if that's a definate or not. I believe it should be an 8k in reference to merger completion.

If outside interest peaks, and the short MM's have to compete with interested buyers, and volume picks up... could get real interesting.

I honestly do not know...in the original 8K it said that the merger would be complete with the filing of the 10K...the PR was leading us to believe that the meger would be complete as of the 13th...and they needed the NOBO list for the 10k,,,SOOO...not sure if a filing for last weeks PR is needed or not...My guess is no a filing is not needed...last weeks PR was simply an informative PR...IMO but we shall see...

This HSM post is indicating ETRADE is cancelling BUY orders as well as GTC Sells. Can anyone here verify?

I dont know about buy orders but i can confirm that they have cancelled my GTC sell order twice. It might be because they were set at $75 and then $80 but i received no exlpaination from them.

I've had the exact same problem, though mine were set at $52 and $60, respectively.

I just put a buy order in for 10 shares at .50 to see and Etrade took it. Obviously didn't go through LOL
I already canceled my order.

You can buy through Etrade...I did..BUT after I put my GTC sell order in...It will cancel the order...I have had a GTC order in for about 2 weeks...and last Friday they canceled it..."Re-did it today and they cancelled it within about 20 minutes...not sure why...I emailed them as to why and will let you know what they say
