The one thing I have learned form this board and listening to subpenny radio since getting involved in the penny market is too have an exit strategy when you enter a stock. If you have a number in mind at least set that number in place tonight. Then it won't matter if you are at your computer or not. Protect your capital at all costs. Best advice I ever received.

Honestly, I have no clue what I'm going to do yet. I plan on selling off at least a percentage at reset if it gets to that and hold the rest. Again, a lot depends on what news we hear over the next two days. I know, I know, I should have a better plan than that, but damn, there are so many variables on this one that it makes it a little difficult!

And if this falls apart / no reset are you guys prepared to lose it all? A chance has been given here to protect capitol and take profits - anyone who got in high during the last run up, this is a gift and IMO you should take advantage of it.

I'm with you babe I'm in the same boat. I think I've said it before if this all pans out the way it seems to be going I don't think my parents will ever have to work again.

Well I definitely get the exit strategy Wally, I feel your pain BB, and Vin and Rich I am closer to your personal strategy, just with a twist. I don't play pennies, or gamble in casino's for that matter with money I am not prepared to lose.
I will sell off a precentage when the reset hits, but only 20% cause it is considered extra funds for me. Like taking a good hand in black jack. I slip a bit into my pocket and continue to play on the houses money. It's protecting your capital, but honestly if I had other plans for that capital I would not place it at risk in the first place. Everyone play where you are comfortable. GLTA and let's dream of a big GAP up tomorrow.

-and thanks for the well wishing, -as do I with you all Stock Brutha's! -- and sisters!!
Wally... That $15 buy out thing IS very interesting, Rufus did say he was going to work WITH and give time for shorts to cover. You might have something there, the only thing is the amount of Naked Shorts! So I guess I'd have to give that a 50/50 at best because it still would'nt completly fix anything. Also you are right, Rufus NEVER said a price besides the $15 one, he mentioned a "justifiable" one, that's as close as he came.
As far as tomorrow... Well I'll TRY to do something I've never done before. I'll try to use fibonicci levels and TRY to project our support and Ress. levels... -Don't expect miracles!
Otherwise as we head into unchartered waters, I'll keep a running chart on intraday support levels, this should help flippers for protecting capital for who needs it.
Otherwise I'm very much long, I'll hold till reset, I would think what Rufus has been doing is showing flat out that $15 "IS" a STEAL for this stock with everything it has going for it.
Remember, the PR's and deals are "new to US only," Rufus has worked on these for a long time and there was a reason why he has stated the $15 reset and not another price I think, so I have to agree somewhat with Wally on that.
Remember, Rufus wants to build a stock that will take off! And Tut also implied that the price shouldn't be set "too" high, that Tut just knows too much to be just an attention wh*re.
I believe Rufus has made the shorts (on NOBO list) realize they "ARE" over a barrel!
We may have seen already what tomorrow will bring, and that's every man for himself when it comes to taking those FTD's off their books. There is no honor among theives!
With those PR's coming yet and another 8k coming at anytime.... Who knows what will happen, but I can't think of one "legit" reason why the price would fall with only two days left and that many FTD's to cover! No way... Can't see it.
Hope I'm right! But no matter, the golden goose RESET is what I'm after, and if Rufus is smart IMO, he won't have the reset too high, so it will be a deal and EVERYONE will know it! Including the institutional investors which Rufus has now NAMED...
Rufus said he was going to educate the share holders so that they KNEW what they have...
"I think He's done a great job at that, don't you?!"
I stated a couple of nights ago that my gut was telling me to ride out the storm we were facing (the Doc), glad I did, cause Rufus isn't bluffing IMO.

I'm right with you Vin... Hey, wait till we can "see" what we are looking at by waiting for more facts, which in turn will point to the truth...

p.s.
Does anyone know why we're not on google finance?
Don't get me wrong I do not "plan" on losing the capital. I get better odds at pennies than at Black Jack. Once you DD the 52 cards and combinations, you have to start learning how to count them to get better odds, and I am just not that good.
Also most OTCBB stocks do not show on Google. I can't get a quote of OTCBB securities on most of their modules.

My wife keeps telling me to sell some - I haven't yet. She keeps telling me if I don't I'm going to end up with a worthless piece of paper like I have with Media Magic cert. Had a value of $50,000 in scottrade's gainkeeper and now that is worth somewhere around 4 cents I think. The thing that aggrivates me the most is that when there are trading violations by the "big fish" the SEC comes in and halts trading, which doesn't hurt the big fish so much and may help them in some instances, the little guy gets crushed when the shares can't be traded anymore.

Paragraph 4: "Respondent (Mensah) is making frivolous, libelous, and slanderous comments about Petitioner by and through, inter alia, the internet."
Paragraph 6: "(Mensah) signed a JV agreement with Conversion Solutions in August 2005 and the product of said venture is a company called AISS."
Paragraph 7: "Based on the JV, (Mensah) was not to sell anymore shares of GA stock."
Paragraph 8: "Said GA stock was never properly registered security with the SEC."
Paragraph 9: "(Mensah) has promised, as partial consideration, a conversion to shares of the Plaintiff's company to "investors" without the authority and or consent of the Petitioner."

Not trying to be pessimistic... I just have a gut feeling that this won't go over as smoothly as we would like. If we get halted... it'll be more than 1 day. If we get halted for more than that it's to give Rufus more time in negotiation with SEC and shorts... or until the "investigation" is done.
Even with today's volume... shorts have not really been accounted for....
It's just a big problem that I don't see going away that easily (i.e. halt to instant reset).
Part of covering your capital is to keep you safe and liquid if this money gets tied up.
