OK digging on Humanitarian & Scientific and ran accross this site. What in the world could a religion based dating web site have to do with humanity?
The address is the same as the HSWF Decatur GA address down to the Suite number.

I am unable to find the edit:Bud in illustrator and the guy that posted the pics is offline.
I did just notice I had gotten a pm by the guy. A joke to him is a lie to me.

Legal documents cannot be in color and the signature must be in black. Just asked legal ( JAG ) which is the next office over from mine. Also a C/D would be written up in a legal memo by a lawyer representing the company. It's bogus according to an Army lawyer FWIW.

Does anyone know if there is a quiet period before the finalization of the merger. Just a thought, but if there is a quiet period and Rufus can't respond to this letter. Then the timing of the letter would be perfect in that there would be no dispute of it from Rufus or CSHD. People would then assume that the letter must be true and the shorts would get exactly what the want. Just another thought.

I concur Septor. Picked it apart in Illustrator too and the edit bud is not in the document. The fact that it can be picked apart in Illustrator does not say much, but the strange path surrounding the Seal makes me question the source.

we are talking about the C/D that has been circulating released by our street, everyone has been taking it apart to see if it real or some type of forgery...
Mr Harris was on paltalk and stated the letter was fake and he had people on it...
he also stated in rebuttal to dr mensah aiss is a JV and they are waiting for georgia aaerospace to get staff in place so they can fund it...
i have no idea what is going on but it IS interesting to say the least!!

heheah! the illustrator notes are hilarious.
imo the seal is recreated from the state of georgia seal that was on other recently-found docs. the blue of the seal border & 'georgia' & 'seal' words are brighter than the blue of the H&SWF words.

ok, it is too late for me to put in here all that I have been involved in today on this one but it focuses on AISS and GAS. I was not the caller.
In summary there were two different calls to Rufus and Mensah. Mensah is agitated and wants his $50M in funding and will not wait until 9/30. He clearly is not business savvy talking to a Joe Anybody. I did not get the impression he clearly differentiated between AISS and GAS.
Rufus did not deny the C&D but said he was not concerned. He also said Mensah needed to get his lawyers involved and basically get rolling on bidding on some contracts and getting a plan together. Rufus seemed to allude that Mensah needed to staff the project and get a plan moving and presented before they would fund him.
I am sure there will be questions on this tomorrow...for now I need to sleep.
