By definitive, I mean something that is verifyable within a reasonable doubt. Some news that can't be bought and paid, some letter that can't be an easy forgery, a filing with a government agency that will sick the IRS on you if you lie. You know verifiable or is it just "very believable".

ChartWalker...I totally understand that I must to prove myself on this board...especially with everything going on with this stock over the last 2 months. There are not too many credible people on the IHUB... that is why I left that board. I got tired of arguing with them.
Maybe we should all come up with a couple of very relevant questions for Ben. We can put them together and we can nominate one person to make the call. I was just thinking that if we all call, he will not ever answer his phone again (like Rufus). I have never spoken to Rufus.
Anyway, there have been days when I have to call 8-10 times before he answers. He will always talk for about 3-5 minutes and then has to take another call. I only seem to catch him when he in his car...never in the office. I agree with the earlier post where the secretary answers and says they are not there. BTW...she is the secretary for the entire building...not just theirs, so she does not know any details about them.
Come on guys…we can stick together and do this. We need to force them to tell us what is going on and when (about) we can expect the 10k. They owe us that much.

ChartWalker...no, I have not posted elsewhere...should we? What boards are credible? Like I said, the IHUB has about 6-8 paid (IMO) bashers who try to discredit everything you put out there...I have had it with those losers.

We can't force them to tell us anything. They also are restricted as to what they can divulge. I hope they are taking their time to put some ducks in a row before releasing any info. A simple rebuttal at this point won't do the trick. It is disconcerting to say the least but as always with any stock plays it's hurry up and wait. Everyone needs to decide their own comfort level and should rely upon anyone else to make that decision. By far the is the strangest play I have seen. Stranger than life. I wish everyone of us good luck.

Can someone give an around about answer as to who up until this point could possibly have restricted CSHD shares? Not looking for names or anything...just groups of people like employees...that sort of thing...

After cathing up with the yesterday's posts, I think to myself "Rufus and Ben are holding up for something". The question is "what is it!".
Could it be that some cvsu shareholders are still waiting to have tradable shares after their certs are processed? ... and does the short play situation (as to whatever degree it exists) have some bearing on the time it takes to process these?
Is there something else about the short situation, and the way it may play out after the reset, that demands more time spent in this phase?
Is there something else that makes them painfully sit back, required for some reason to be quiet, and wait for shakeouts to reveal the best fit "investors" to be on the otherside ($54 pps+)?
It's one thing to wait, but quite another to wait through the all the bash storms. I just feel Rufus and Ben would like to move on as much as we do ... something is holding them up!
Any thoughts?

i STILL cant help but wonder who is gonna buy shares at 20+ rph says funds, but why would they do that. unless we our reset as an IPO and on nasdaq, i dont get it....i want a detailed explanation of this fromt he company

This is pure speculation nothing more. In resetting the price remember the DD we found, that the company needs at least one MM to agree to the price and support it. Is it possible that's the hold up. It might be hard to get one MM to agree since many of them could get burned if they are short. Just a thought nothing more.
