OK so here is my input on this document... there were enough people talking about it I had to go get the PDF myself. Most people know I am an Internet programmer, but my beginnings started out designing web sites and by that am a bit of an expert on creating digital images and web ready material. I have been dealing with PDFs for nearly ten years now and I have created them in about every imaginable way shape and form. Milliam has a very significant point. The seal logo and the signature are graphics. The seal logo were laid on the document following the text of the document "kinda odd", and the logo now "get this" was laid on the document before the text was added to the document. If you zoom in on the signature the name text prints over the signature graphic. Additionally the text was vector based before the document was created. meaning it came from a source like MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, or other word or graphic publishing software. In NO way was this a scan of an actual document.
Additionally, I was not impressed with the original properties information regarding Adobe Distiller, but looking into it, I did notice one really interesting fact. This document was converted to a PDF on Thursday, August 31 2006 at 7:18:46PM the evening of same day it was supposedly written by HSWF.
I personally believe this "fake" document was fabricated last night, and converted to a PDF from the same program in which it was constructed. And that person was Mrs. Peacock in the Library with a candle stick!!!! FAKE!

well we still need the 10k anyway so be prepared for sideways trading till then imo.. i though this would settle much higher pre-10k. guess i was too optimitsic...

Why does the Humanitarian and Scientific World Foundation have a zip code of 30338 but your "cease and desist" document have a zip code of 30339? Looks like someone needs to go back to typing class.

On all the company memos that I've sent out there's an automatic block that contains their address, phone etc. It's pre-typed and it's very doubtful that they got it wrong.
