You gotta love a guy that starts out admitting he lied to you earlier, but now swears he's telling the truth. I smell bs. I dont recall him telling more about himself like he said either.
He should have waited a couple days. After the fiasco of timothy miles attempt to tank the stock his attempt will go no where.

Well I called the cell phone number that he posted and asked for Dr. Mensah.
Someone claiming to be Dr. Mensah answered and I told him I was an investor in CSHD and wanted to know if in fact there was a deal between AISS and CSHD. He stated he was in a meeting and would call me back. I did here children in the background so maybe he was at home, it is 8pm in GA.
So that number is answered by a 'Dr. Mensah', and he knew about CSHD.
He seemed pretty annoyed, I'm sure that he is not pleased that his cell phone number is posted. If I don't hear back from him (which I don't expect to) I'm not sure what to do.
One thing I can say about this: Someone; be it Rufus, Ben, Tim Miles, The Shorts , the Longs; is going to get hurt big time when the truth comes out on this.

Both now go directly to voicemail. I tried the (socalled) good doctor, and it went to his voicemail after 4 rings. Ben Stanley's phone went directly to voicemail, which I expected. Very interesting I see.

"That Letter" Hmmm... 170,000 shares of CSHD at an average cost of 1.14. And a "good friend" of his is a "good friend" of Rufas's? Wow...ya woulda thunk that a "good friend" would let ya know early on to buy...not after it's over a buck...but more like around .35 or.50 cents...if not before???
But hey...maybe he bought when it was really low and added more when it was really high...
I also find it really strange that "all of these peeps" are always talking to just any body that calls...and then they make these supposed almost slanderous remarks of others...I am baffled that this "really" happens...talk about drama....???

dude, you are wrong.... FHAL's operations have ceased, and in fact the share structure, and new enterprise value will all be released in the 10K. I know this for a fact.
By the way, I noticed that new people that sign up for this board get their posts deleted. I am actually a new user for InvestorsHub and expect that my posts not be deleted! I have been reading and watching a long time, and this is a critical time for this stock. The managers of CVSU, have had difficulties, but all will be released in the 10K. I love this stock, and feel happy I'm at the right place at the right time, and have the resources to accumlate it.....

Yes, I did in fact speak with Dr. Mensah twice on Friday. It appears that he is pissed about things and giving Rufus a hard time. Which is imaginable, this is a complicated deal. I believe that the Dr. didn't sign over the securities to CSHD yet because of certain terms. They have big deals coming in and it's a little in fighting. Shareholders are hearing two different sides. Nose-pickers like Our-Backalley and the NY Post guy who is so illiterate he can't even spell conversion correctly have kicked up dust in all our faces, and now we are going to get more unpredictable volitity and people might sell. This is rediculous. The reason why the 10K is being delayed is because of Mensah and the stand still. Rufus needs to come to terms with him and release it. Hopefully this week. Maybe RPH needs to ease up a bit on his terms.

the company is being restructered, instead of filing everything in separate 8K's it will all be in the 10K. The people who are providing the bonds have more importance than Mike Alexander, and no, Mike Alexander does not control the company, he is on the board, that is all. There is a share restructuring. We will know by the end of the month. If the terms are not settled by then will Dr. Mensah, then I would consider starting to sell during the last days of September. They cannot have an extention, and if they can't do it by then, it will fall apart. I don't think Rufus is going to be held accountable for anything here.... except minor stuff. It's up for people to read the merger filing, PR's and other continued filing. This C&D letter is BS, they Craig Cason and Mr. Harris are involved in a trust, it would not be handled this way. Our-Backstreet-Gayboy would not have a company of some document. It's fake.

BTW: I really did talk to the Dr. Twice on Friday. And in fact I am going to invest in Georgia Aerospace directly. He gave me the offer, in our conversation, and plans to take the company public on Wall Street. I don't care what you think.

So surfer...this guy introduces himself on 9-5 at 12.35 a.m. raving of the "great Outcome" and then on the same day he emails a bunch of people saying doom and gloom? Please? Is that the time line of this guys posts and emails? LMAO!

So this guy sold 170,000 shares of CSHD today? What did he do it in 2500 blocks? Why did the stock not crash with this sale? Same guy was on iHub this am stating that the deal was on and Rufus and Dr. Mensah were personal friends of his. Then St. Matthew appears on this site (same guy?) who talks with Ben Stanley and starts posting on this board.

That conversation was news to me. I know of no recording but I would love to listen to it. So if you find it I am very interested.
Why would boyd comment on a pending lawsuit to a total stranger? Please...once you start these things you shut up about them.
This is all so bizzare.. Reporters talking about lawsuits and having the only access to Canady even after he blasted him in the article on HSWF in the Post. He came as close to calling him and everyone involved with HSWF a scam artist without putting it in those exact words. We have CEO's of a couple of companies talking about private business matters with people they never had contact with before. Phone conversations being recorded and business allies bashing each other in private phone calls. Not one PR from Georgia Aerospace or HSWF denouncing CSHD. Absolutely crazy. The C&D is even crazier. Over a Billion dollars in bonds at stake but you don't pay a lawyer a few hundred bucks to draft and serve it. If anyone wrote this script for Hollywood and it somehow made it on the screen people would find it totally unbelievable yet here we are.
Too many rumors no REAL verifiable confirmation of anything anywhere. I have no idea how this will turn out. It just very very bizzare.

Wow... ~"We" have a "c/d" order sent via email to a "basher site" with a response from the alleged "company" that sent it from their "newly registered domain name" that has an incorrect phone number of their "company" on the supposed C/D order to please not publish the C/D order because CSHD was "taking care of their error"
~Oh and let's not forget the wonderful reporting on the NY P.O.S....about a company that he can't spell correctly...
~the "basher site" "pays" to have a PR sent out (I'm sure it was out of the kindness of their heart)stating about the C/D order that was sent...even though the "new domain name" asked that the C/D order not be "published", after the PPS didn't fall but actually started" to bounce back...
~we then have a "response" sent out to all emails that were sent to Info*new domain name from the "New domain" saying that they have "no businees" with CSHD as of the 31st of August..even though on September 1st they said "all is good"
~then we have a guy who says he is good friends with Rufas and this is a great stock...
~less than what 6 hours later
~that guy lied...he has a friend that is a friend of Rufas...so believe him now...he says this stock sucks and he sold all of his 170,000 shares...and yet no one saw that sale go thru? And how great of this man to post his private email address on the internet to get with him...and he'll tell us all the scoop?
