Looks like a sell off at EOD.... And this, just DAYS before we reopen at $54 a share?!!
What's wrong with this picture?..

My gut says many of the longs in this are new, and worried about losing their investments. Maybe if it had reset by now, no biggie, not to mention there are other stocks coming up on the radar as being good plays. There again, we need some news from the company...maybe Rufus is letting it bottom out so to speak so he shakes loose the non-faithful profit takers and the MMs have a chance to cover.
I feel like I am sitting in the pumpkin patch with Linus waiting on him to rise and bring me lots of toys....

OK...reading the 33 page 8K filed dated 8/12/06 and filed on 8/18/06, page 23 says "This Declaration of Irrevocable Trust"...blah, blah, blah.
My point is "IRREVOCABLE"! It could not have been filed unless it was a done deal and if it was irrevocable how can it go away? IT CAN'T, can it?

We knew it wasn't going to be easy... but this? Never planned on this circus. It's a battle between the shareholders of CSHD and the MM's right now. No new blood will come into these muddy waters cuz they see the sharks. We have lost complete control here... getting difficult to know who to trust.

correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the pro forma due by 9/11? they have been on time with their filings so far so until then we should just relax and see what happens. no need to panic until the company does something wrong publicly. we dissect too much info that is thrown by us by the bashers. they're just finding ways to confuse and distract us. have faith...

Hey gang…I just got off the phone with Ben Stanley, Chief Operating Officer, and Cell Phone: 317-213-7700. I asked him what the heck was going on and he just said what he usually says. “Everything is under control” and “there will be news soon”.
He told me that there was no way they could get out of the contract. He also told me that they just found out the letters were coming from the same computer (so they are reading these boards).
I told him that there are a lot of very loyal shareholders out there that are holding this thing up and that they needed to give us something…some sort of update…anything. He started to get that attitude that Rufus gets about how shareholders can sell if they want, but he said that the ones who believe in us will be rewarded.
I told him that certainly he could / should understand that when we here this crap from Our-Street and others without hearing anything from them, there is cause for concern and that even the most loyal person can lose faith when it comes to losing money. It’s like some sort of light bulb went off in his head and he said “yeah…I guess so…but we are working on some very big things and they will soon see”.
I asked him about the 10k and guess what he said…”soon”. I said “how soon…days, weeks, months…when?” He just said “soon”. I said “very soon or just soon” and he said “soon”.
He then said he had to jump on a conference call. I think we all know these guys are not the best at speaking, but I think I got the message through that we needed to hear something or people were going to bail.
Please feel free to call this guy and pull some more teeth from him. Let’s make him talk to us.

I think we are all still OK....we are all supposed to be playing with money we can afford to lose, and they HAVE been forthright thus far....the reward is worth the risk.....

The stuff released this weekend by Our-Street is no where near being factual IMO.
Let others panic.... I'm nervous and want it to be over too, but not bailing...
AGREED!! I'm nervously holding onto my shares and have a buy in at .75 if it falls. I don't know why I'm really nervous other than the fact that some of these people are hard to get a hold of.

what i can verify is that i'm really busy lately but i usually get a call in a day at least... everytime i call, no answer. everytime i call the office i get the secretary and it's always, "they're not in" today i was feeling aggitated so i said, "are the ever in, they havn't been in once since i called and never return any phone calls" she seemed a little off guard and said, "well, the-they're in and out all day and they're busy"..... so, i'm wary about the "phone call"

i think the more cash you have in a stock the more nervous you get because theres always even subconsciously a bit of DOUBT. that goes for all stocks.

Even if 75% of the shareholders bail and the stock drops like a rock... it had better be with factual info.. or I'll be in the 25% still holding...
I'm not here as a CSHD cheerleader... but there is classic psychology being played here... and the only ones with real SEC filings and PR's is CSHD. Nothing has changed.

Hey Chartwalker...everyone has to start somewhere. I just discovered this website (thank God) because the IHUB is full of crazy people. I have been reading this one for 3-4 days trying to get a feel for the intelligence level. Much better, I might add.
I am a long on this one and currently hold shares that were bought at $1.08 and $1.00. I want to believe this thing will happen. I have talked to Ben 4-5 times over the last month and there is always PR within a couple of days of him telling me "soon". I am worried about their grasp of the English language, but I digress.
Anyway…I’m on your side all the way. Please try to call Ben. If we all call him, maybe…just maybe we can get something more than just “soon” out of him.
