In my first post I stated that this was the very first individual stock I have ever purchased...I wasn't kidding. I'm still in, even averaged down and added to my position. All I can say is what a f'n stock to start with. This can not be normal.

So this guy must be somebody's very best friend? He happens to be good friends of both Dr.Mensah and Rufus, and Ben. Pretty lucky to be friends of all these people, enough so they spill their guts, right down to all the details. Yet, Dr. Mensah barely speaks to Ben or Rufus in like a year. Suddenly Mensah gets antsy at the last second because he doesn't have 50 million dollars, and can't persue the NASA contracts (that we were all hoping was true). And, this guy just happens to be all these guys very best friend, but doesn't know better through his private information with these guys... not to invest in CSHD the sum of $193,800 dollars within the last 4-6 weeks? Interestingly enough, he feels so compelled to let all of us know this, that he is willing to brave the wrath of the SEC for disseminating insider information on the internet. After which, he THEN calls the SEC to turn them in, only after he blabbed all over the internet. Wow, he mother freakin Theresa! What a great guy! Thanks for the sacrifice... I'll be sure to use this special info as best I can... hell, I'll even post it all over every chatroom in America. Your a hero.. somebody should be writing a book about you. All of our fears were correct. This guy touched on every weak point we had on this board and connected all the DOTS... and I mean ALL the dots. We were right, in the back of our minds. Yup always trust yer gut.

Think about the amount of money at stake here. Say the MM's are even 10 mil. share short(I think it's more). If there is a reset of 15,24, or $54, it would cost them MILLIONS. How hard would it be to hire some people to do their dirty work. If it cost's them a couple of million to do all this work think of how much money that could save them in the long run. If this was reset tomorrow at $15 a share and they had to cover at that price, it would cost them 150 million. See what's at stake! A lot of MONEY!! Money makes people do CRAZY things, just look at all of YOU!!!!! J/K
some WILD SPECULATION on my part here? ------------------------------------------ when they were talking about trees in the amazon? i was not impressed...
that may have been the "bait" for the short-sellers tho....
it sounded just like another pumpandump...
but when they did the reverse merger? that changed the dynamic considerably...

That conversation was news to me. I know of no recording but I would love to listen to it. So if you find it I am very interested.
Why would boyd comment on a pending lawsuit to a total stranger? Please...once you start these things you shut up about them.
This is all so bizzare.. Reporters talking about lawsuits and having the only access to Canady even after he blasted him in the article on HSWF in the Post. He came as close to calling him and everyone involved with HSWF a scam artist without putting it in those exact words. We have CEO's of a couple of companies talking about private business matters with people they never had contact with before. Phone conversations being recorded and business allies bashing each other in private phone calls. Not one PR from Georgia Aerospace or HSWF denouncing CSHD. Yet they haven't bothered to take the PR annoucing their deal with CSHD off the website. http://www.georgiaaerospace.com/
Absolutely crazy. The C&D is even crazier. Over a Billion dollars in bonds at stake but you don't pay a lawyer a few hundred bucks to draft and serve it. If anyone wrote this script for Hollywood and it somehow made it on the screen people would find it totally unbelievable yet here we are.
Too many rumors no REAL verifiable confirmation of anything anywhere. I have no idea how this will turn out. It just very very bizzare.

The funniest thing is that I bought in because of the Log deal. Not because I believed it but figured the stock would get a nice bump from the interview on *** where Fronthaul was scheduled to gives us breaking news on the deal. Well they never gave that news during the interview and I ended up holding for a few extra days and then lo and behold the reverse merger. I was hooked. I have made some pretty good money here and am still holding a few shares but I never had the least bit of an idea how tangled this web would get.

A Surfer can you post the header from Bart's email? It took me a while to get caught up here... I agree with glassman I remember a Bart recently that was a complete nut case. I think it should be easy to find him if this is the case.

Since we all received this email it would be interesting to hear what the rest of you think about this.
My take is mixed and that the bonds are still in the hands of CSHD per Ben Stanley's comments to one of the HSM posters this afternoon. The GA deal may be dead or becoming dead but, with over $150M a year in free cash flow annually into the business there are hundreds of other deals that would be outstanding investments for CSHD.
I also spoke with Darryl Horton, the CFO, about 10 days ago, and there was nothing in his tone of voice that indicated any problems with this company. Darryl has an exemplary background and I doubt he would be interested in being involved in a scam that would ruin his career.
I am considering selling some of my position tomorrow and holding enough to be very happy should this work out but would be interested in hearing more from some of you.

i hate to say it surfer, but your email will/may be sent all over the net from responding to bozo's like this ... it's best to use a hotmail or yahoo acct for this type of stuff ...
you see the asterix's? those are there to defeat search programs that automatically look for email addresses posted on the board...

Just talked with Ben and everything is going ahead including AISS. That is why they hired two people that were announced. Plus they have even bigger deals already on the table. They are dealing with everything and when the 10k hits and it is supposed to hit any time now everyone who is holding will be very thankful that they did
