hopefully TDA will settle this with Rufas by being one of the "institutions" that will hold the price of CSHD after the reset, lol.. but damn, i use TDA too..
I use TDA too. My CSHD shares are with Fidelity, though. You are right about the possible exodus of customers from TDA. I had already opened a Choice Trade account after TDA's handling of PAIV/PAVC, but I had not yet transferred any of my holdings over there. Now I'm really starting to consider it.
It's interesting that AMTD went up .43 yesterday. And on Friday AMTD PPS was $16.70 and yesterday closed at $17.98. Looks like a perfect setup for shorty to get shorted.

Also, I asked Ameritrade if they were going to go after them legally, of course I diden't get an answer.
I mentioned that I hope that Ameritrade does.
I also sent them an e-mail this morning and am awaiting a response. I mentioned that if the info that the PR mentioned was found out to be true, then I'd be changing brokerage houses.
I'm assuming that this will come down today after the response that Ameritrade gave me this morning.

but if TDA goes bankrupt, will we be able to get our portfolio out in time? man, so if they shorted CSHD, how will we able to get our certificates anyway..

Rufus would get his azz SUED BIG TIME if this was just an attention getting PR. Nope ~
Rufus is throwing the light on these "shorters" that have been cheating "US" out of OUR MONEY by selling shares they DON'T have, deluting stock's and keeping prices down...

another thought here...( man, Thats scarey... Two thoughts before coffee)
This could actually help TDAm....If they let this go a little today,....Say to arouund 3 or 4 or even 5 bucks....... It is sure to spark a fair amount of profit taking... that and the thought that TDAm is in the chit may create enough sells for Shorty to cover.....It's alot cheaper to cover at 5 bucks than it is at 50...

Annnnnyway, someone has some biiiiig 'splainin to do today. I'll be honest, Rufus has me a bit nervous here. AMTD will surely come out with all guns blazin. I really do think, if these claims against them are completely true, that CSHD is actually helping them out by spelling things out for them.
Its a bold move, thats for sure. This will be much more exciting than a battle with the little Timmy Miles.
And good morning. Dealing with a HEAVY flu or something this morning. Such horrible timing.
