LOL with $4 billion assets i hope you realise that long term debt which is also $4 is not a 'real' debt, but it's like that because of the russian form of the balance as pointed out earlier

The tide was apparently ebbing. The mark was traced close to the restuarant by an uneven line of seaweed and driftwood and occasional scraps of rubbish. Much cleaner than New Bedford harbor. I wondered what flotsam was. I'd have to look that up sometime when I got home. And jetsam."

I will not be baited into one of your low-life mudslinging contests... However, I will return in the end of the summer to repost some of your comments regarding NDOL, AURC, and NLST.
Specifically tailored to growing businesses, AIM combines the benefits of a public quotation with a flexible regulatory approach.
AIM gives companies from all countries and sectors access to the market at an earlier stage of their development, allowing them to experience life as a public company. Since AIM opened in 1995, more than 2,200 companies have been admitted and more than £24 billion has been raised collectively.
An AIM quotation offers:
A flexible regulatory regime Access to a unique, globally respected market Access to a wide pool of capital Enhanced profile – heightened interest in your company Increased status and credibility Currency for and easier rules on acquisition Eligibility for a range of tax benefits
The table below highlights the main differences in the admission criteria for the Main Market and AIM:
Main Market
Minimum 25% shares in public hands Normally 3 year trading record required Prior shareholder approval required for substantial acquisitions and disposals Pre-vetting of admission documents by the UKLA Sponsors needed for certain transactions Minimum market capitalisation
AIM No minimum shares to be in public hands No trading record requirement No prior shareholder approval for transactions* Admission documents not pre-vetted by Exchange nor by the UKLA in most circumstances. The UKLA will only vet an AIM admission document where it is also a Prospectus under the Prospectus Directive Nominated adviser required at all times No minimum market capitalisation

"Damn the torpedoes" An exclamation by David Farragut, an officer in the Union navy in the Civil War. Warned of mines, called torpedoes, in the water ahead, Farragut said, “Damn the torpedoes! Captain Drayton, go ahead! Jouett, full speed!”

PS: You didn't happen to buy into NDOL at over $1, did you? That could explain a lot of things. If you did I wouldn't blame you for being mad at the company. Hell, I'd be bashing a bit myself.

actually, ridiculous to even post this, No-When...
no requirement at Allstocks to have/reveal/discuss one's postion in an issue in order to disccus the stock.
That's board-wide...
Where you've been posting? The better threads are that way, too... Go try on Janice or Jim on the PAIM thread--see how that works out...

I have about 20K core and 10K flippers NoWhen. had about 60K picked up between 0.07, 0.15 and 0.2, but sold most of them around 1.09-1.32 range. so this is all I am left with. hope to increase it significantly to 50K once OTC listing and some of the other things fall through.
