MOSCOW, Jun 21, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- NDOL/North-West Oil Group (PINKSHEETS: NDOL) announced today that it has won the tender for the acquisition of the Magma Oil fields. All I can say is it's up to you. I think I will make more money having this. All the experts have to start there DooDoo all over again to justify why this upward trend should not be happening. A lot of time will be spent doing futile research. But it must be. Heehee

Littlefoot, I am definitely not attacking your philosophy but what's the allure of Rosneft association when Rosneft shares can be purchased through ADRs at a cheaper price? I never have understood how Rosneft is selling ADRs but has an "upcoming IPO". Just trying to get smarter as I own shares of both NDOL and Rosneft. Thanks.

With references to London, dilutive lending out of the British Virgin Islands would not be a surprise.
Magma, have not yet connected all the pieces, but so far there are hints Magma is percentage owned company. NDOL has not disclosed degree of actual vested interest.
Other sources, if the same Magma, hints NDOL is buying cast off fields no longer economically viable for parent percentage holders.
I am working on a presumption the Yuzhnoye fields are the "Magma" indicated in news. This might not be the same Magma referenced by NDOL.

NDOL is downticking and will continue to do so into the future until company dilution stops.
My expectation is NDOL will eventually have to disclose a "Hick's Brothers" Capstar type financing; Cornell Capital dilutive lending.
This claim of "all cash no dilution" is pure deceit.

I take it you don't hold NDOL. Am I correct in that assessment? If you don't why are you wasting the limited valuable time we are given on Earth on this board? Just curious? I am sure a savy investor like yourself must have a stock or two that is doing well for you. How come you aren't supporting those stocks. Again just curious.
I also feel that you may be depriving yourself of certain basic things in life. You sound like you may be a bit frustrated. There are many things one can do to release frustration. Purl, be good to yourself and others as well. Enjoy life. Remember, you only live once.
Inquiring minds want to know.

PS: You didn't happen to buy into NDOL at over $1, did you? That could explain a lot of things. If you did I wouldn't blame you for being mad at the company. Hell, I'd be bashing a bit myself.

At this pace I am assuming Martians may be involved in this and will want to use the Hubbel telescope to keep an eye on production progress. Good chance they will withdraw they're money from the Cayman islands and look for low load debentures to to roll back to former research on moon prospects. Sounds good. I better let the company decide what they are doing and how. I'm starting to sound like i'm writing a prospectus like others here try to do.
