Readers of this board will recall my earlier post:
So readers of the NDOL thread are aware:
The following allegations have been made about NDOL [by Purl Gurl]:
I should add NDOL behavior perfectly fits the pattern of a pump and dump scam.
This authorized one-billion shares suggests a typical behavior. For these comments, mine are a hunch which might be proved true in the future; an outline of classic tactics used for decades.
Shares are being dumped and will continue to be dumped. The merger itself is being delayed to provide time to dump shares until dilution share price dropping reaches a severely low price and volume drops off. NDOL will then effect a merger.
During the merger NDOL will effect a reverse split to reduce public percentage holding, and the reverse split will leave NDOL holding a large percentage of reserve common shares allowing NDOL to continue to impose changes without a share holder vote via Florida laws.
Post merger, NDOL will authorized new shares, a massive amount, possibly a billion shares.
A reverse split has been indirectly announced weeks back through setting of post merger share count which was roughly one-tenth of previous share count, now significantly less with the new billion shares.
Adding strength to this classic pump and dump scam is NDOL does not have employees, no crews, no drilling equipment. NDOL and North West are purely mineral rights holders. They are working a paper company for insider profit.
Mine are, of course, opinion, save for the current insider selling on file with the SEC. My opinion is based on patterns of behaviors displayed by thousands of companies over many decades.
NDOL perfectly fits the mold of a pump and dump.
Purl Gurl __________
I have sent correspondence to Mr. Parkin, Mr. Malyshev and Mr. Emas (SEC Counsel for Nord Oil) and relayed the above information being posted about the company. I am seeking to have company insiders respond as to the veracity of the potentially damaging claims being made. I am a long-term holder of NDOL stock and would like to know if any of the above is true. Therefore, I will post updated responses as soon as I am in receipt of same as long as said correspondence is not privileged. It is my hope the above comments simply reflect the distorted opinions of one poster, not the underlying reality of this stock.
Regards,
W __________
Update: I have received a very detailed response from Mr. Parkin and have requested he allow me to share his e-mail in full on this board. As far as I can tell, the content of his e-mail does not seem to be privileged; however, out of respect I will await his response until I share our correspondence.

unf*ing-beleivable - am still shaking my head, westcott.
of course the perfect irony is that your own "intelligence" shines with all the gleaming brilliance of a half watt mini-bulb, next to the clearly implied target of your racist implications.
but it's still unf*ing-beleivable you would post that sh!t.

I am quite accustom to racism, Blue, along with being accustom to sexism.
Ignorance and racism, walk hand-in-hand.
Westcott being a racist well explains his ignorance and his hatred of me. His racist commentary is quite mild compared to what our family has experienced over the years.
I pity racists; they live in miserable prisons of their own making, inmates of Hatred.

OK, if this turns into a racist board or some crap like that, or if we start talking about Politics or religion, I'm freakin leaving.
BTW, I have noticed that people who hire Leadbelly do tend to construct a nice PR to be released with as his pump begins so you guys may see something substantial tomorrow (or even earlier).
Good Luck...

Got me P Rowds...I think people are simply miffed I sent Mr. Parkin, Mr. Malyshev and Mr. Emas a very precise e-mail asking one of them to respond, specifically, to allegations being made on this board that NDOL is a "pump and dump scheme" and a company who "doesn't have employees", etc.
I received a reply from Mr. Parkin - a very detailed reply. I am simply giving Mr. Parkin the courtesy of a request to have his e-mails posted here. While I am tempted to post it anyway in light of the fact the e-mail does seem to be privileged, I will await his reply.
I will say that the e-mail represents a mounting frustration at the cavalier nature of statements being made about Nord Oil, NorthWest Oil Group, OIl India, etc.
I will continue to enlighten them as I see the need.

I don't like bashers either, but when you start posting IQ levels based on race, you are obviously going to tick people off. Especially when you basically call a woman stupid because of her race.
Just stick to the topic man.
NDOL still near HOD at 2:30 after a Leadbelly pump, interesting.

Put her on ignore you all would do better by no listening to that crap. She is one of the reasons why the stock fell. Her pump and dump disgusts me.

C1 is proven reserves that can be estimated with reasonable certainty to be commercially recoverable with a confidence of 90% probability.
C3 and D1 are probable reserves that indicate a 50% degree of certainty that the reserves will equal or exceed the estimates.
So if we multiply 36,750,000 X 0.90 we get = 33,075,000
Then if we multiply the remaining 171,402,000 X 0.50 we get = 85,701,000
This equals an estimated 118,776,000 barrels of oil.
If we figure that each barrel is worth $10 when it is in the ground, NDOL's oil reserves would be worth approximately $1,187,760,000.
With 605,400,387 shares outstanding, this would give NDOL a value of $1.96 per share.
Clearly NDOL is extremely undervalued at $0.33.
Remember that the value of oil per barrel today out of the ground is $70.
Lets say conservatively it takes NDOL 20 years to get all of the oil out of the ground.
118,776,000 / 20 = 5,938,800 barrels per year X $70 = $415,716,000
NDOL is clearly a company that can soon be doing $400 million in annual revenue which is probably very conservative.Posts: 456 | Registered: Mar 2006

I hate it when people show up on a board and ask a basic question rather then spend the time to read the posts. Well I read the posts and I still must ask Why did ""NDOL"" go up today???

NODL is being talked about on a couple of other boards. We might have some other buyers that are buying into NDOL and are not part of this ongoing madness from this board.

I have found a couple things of interest, just tracking NDOL before its inception in Canada. I'll review and post it tomorrow. Still trying to see how something so small can look to take on something like this. In only a couple years they can take on russian oil? Some will make a bit on these runs. but I would DD as deep as I could.

Westcott- While I support your right to say whatever you want, I'm not sure this is the proper place for your liberal hate speech and statistics that play right into the Democratic National Committee's racist point of view. I can just here the liberals now "Told ya. These stats prove what we've been saying all along". There is an off topic threadvhere somewhere. Good luck to you Westcott.
