Glassman politely comments,

*
if NDOL intends to be at 2$ next year? they NEED
to listen to the questions PG is asking...

if they intend to be at 2 CENTS next year? then
thye should ignore PG and continue just the way
they are....

if PG has "latched on" to this one? it seems to me
the reason is the attitude of certian "promoters"
that really increased the "attention factor"
*

Yep. Allstocks is all about sharing information
and meaningful discussion. Much is learned from
these types of discussions, very much is learned.

Nothing is learned from pump and dump spam from
the I-Hub Board.

A quick comparison. ALMI is a start up company.
Jacobson has played it straight all along. He
produces news which is factual and informative.
No hype, no deceit. He provides news on good
points and on bad points. He keeps readers very
well informed. Share price has moved from .12
to about 2.00 over the past couple of years and
has solid strong support. Not a single crash
of ALMI stock; slow steady expected growth with
no "reasonable traders" losing money. For ALMI,
virtually impossible to lose money. Jacobson
has and is playing it straight. Traders know
exactly what is going on, good and bad. This
is reflected by ALMI good value growth.

How has NDOL performed?

What I read is I-Hub boys coming here then making
strong attempts at stealing readers' money, much
as has happened with GHLT stock. AURC is the
next scam in making.

Their attempting to defraud readers here at
Allstocks really annoys me, just as much as
my annoyance with the I-Hub boys slinging
racial slurs.

Here at Allstocks we do not welcome crooks
coming here and giving Allstocks a bad name.
Their behavior reflects upon all of us. This
is not tolerated; we have dignity.

Allstocks is a collection of intelligent traders
who help all. Ignorant crooks are not welcomed.

Perhaps we are not referencing the same document.

Oil and Gas Resources of the West Siberian Basin, Russia

November 1997

I do not find a single _direct_ reference to
the Siber "Yuzhnoye" field.

I will be looking for a outline map of this
Siber Magma field then overlaying that map
upon the USGS survey data.

I do find on Acrobat page 109, page 172 of
the survey,

Yuzhnoye-1 289.91 144.11
Yuzhnoye-2 57.09 18.17

My presumption is Yuzhnoey-2 is the field in
question as the data is in keeping with more
recent independent documents. Yuzhnoye-1 does
not match up with current Siber documents.

This does confirm NDOL has greatly overstated
reserves in their news, even with new discoveries
of reserves circa 2004 - 2005 surveys.

Comparison of field maps will yield a better
picture of the actual field discussed by NDOL.

I forgot to add, longitude and latitude data
is available in the USGS survey which will
precisely locate fields for comparison.

http://www.sibirenergy.com/images/assets2.gif

In this graphic chart, Siber places reserves
at 37 million barrels. Later, reserves are
placed at roughly 80 million barrels, the
2004 - 2005 survey. NDOL claims 137 million
barrels of reserves.

Clearly there are problems.

If the 36 percent recovery still holds true today,
NDOL will only pump about 50 million barrels
of their claimed 137 million barrels.

Giving credit for possible improvements in
technology, being generous, if NDOL pumps
half of the oil, 50 percent, this would yield
about 70 million (generous) barrels of the
claimed NDOL 137 million barrels.

However, NDOL appears to be claiming 50 million
barrels more than actual reserves.

Siber data indicates NDOL will recover 36 percent
of 80 million barrels yielding 28 million barrels
of oil for _crude_ oil retail market. Actual
price per barrel depends on the grade of oil.

A price of $65 per barrel is for prime sweet
light crude. I do not think Russia is producing
sweet light oil.

I question if this $350 million purchase price is reasonable.
Final cost, considering financing, will be significantly more.

You readers are performing this type of research, yes?

Post #of 12474

This stock will go nowhere 'till the company respond to some clear questions:

1.What's the current production per day
2.What's the net profit after all spendings, taxes, bribes etc.
3.How do they plan to acheave 7 million barrels/year
4.How do they plan to finance Magma field since they have no cash on hands.
5.Exactly wich Echange and when are they going to move
6.If insiders are restricted how come we see a flurry of 144 getting filled?

I'm sure this post will be deleted since the moderator of this board is not
interested in real facts but only to play loyalty to these ruskies hidding behind NDOL.

"...will be deleted...."

The I-Hub board is heavily censored. Articles

I will check around, see what I can find, Glassman.

Establishing a realistic price per barrel will
provide readers with a better idea of the value
of this Magma field purchase.

you guys are awesome in your DD, been learning a lot watching this. Another note is how they can function in the winter months. They need to be able to keep the pumps running and for that they need to be able to keep the trucks running. and the processing plants need to keep it moving also. I have not seen anything from North west to support how they have been able to function through the winter, much less the summer. Transport is a major issue. If they can't move it the pumps have to stop.

All post are my opinion. Do your own DD. Who's clicking your buy/sell button!?

Adding to this problem, the Russian oil industry
infrastructure is literally falling apart. Very
old system held together with duct tape and
baling wire. The Russians are currently facing
great challenges trying to raise cash to repair,
replace and renew their oil transportion system.

This Magma field is located in Western Siberia.

brrr...

Amazing Russia is one of the top producers of
oil and gas. Sometimes I suspect they are
transporting oil and gas in empty vodka bottles.

DML Marketing and L e b e d continue to pump.
My understanding is a flurry of spam emails
went out last night pumping NDOL.

Yet another coincidence. NDOL produces very
questionable pump news and DML begins spamming.

Odd how news from NDOL is accompanied by
pump email spam, consistently.

Good research is what protects your money,
nothing else, only good research.

A Challenge To Purl Gurl:

The Munchkin Man herewith challenges Purl Gurl to a duel!

This duel shall be in the form of a stock picking contest.

Here are the rules:

The Munchkin Man will choose 5 domestic non-ADR pink sheet penny stocks.

Purl Gurl, in turn, will choose any 5 stocks she so pleases.

This contest shall commence, upon the opening of the markets, on the date of Monday, June 26, 2006.

The opening price of each stock chosen by both contestants will be their closing prices on the date of Friday, June 23, 2006.

This contest shall end upon the closing of the markets on the last trading day of the year, which falls upon Friday, December 29, 2006.

Following the date of the ending of the contest cited above, the Munchkin Man will calculate the percent change of each of his contest stock picks, earned throughout the duration of this contest, and divide by 5.

This result will be the Munchkin Man's official mean percent change score for his 5-stock contest portfolio.

The Munchkin Man will do the same for the Purl Gurl's 5 selected contest stock picks. This result will be Purl Gurl's mean percent change score for her 5-stock contest portfolio.

Purl Gurl will have the right to verify the Munchkin Man's figures.

In case of disputed figures, the Munchkin Man will appoint an independent judge to adjudicate the figures and announce the final and official results.

The contestant, whose 5-stock contest portfolio scores the greater percent gain or the smaller percent loss, shall be declared the winner.

The Munchkin Man will be playing each of his 5 stock picks "long."

Purl Gurl is free to play any or all of her 5 stock picks "long" or "short."

Due to the fact that the Munchkin Man does plan to choose NDOL and play it "long" for one of his 5 contest stock picks, the Munchkin Man believes that it would be very sporting for Purl Gurl to choose NDOL as well, but to play it "short."

Both contestants shall be required to post their 5 contest stock picks, on this forum, no later than 9 AM EST, on the date of Monday, June 26, 2006.

The Munchkin Man already has his 5 contest stock picks chosen.

The Munchkin Man, in his recognition of the fact that Purl Gurl needs to spend more time cooking and house cleaning, instead of delving into matters far over her head, will graciously allow Purl Gurl a little more time to choose her contest stock picks.

The Munchkin Man deeply and sincerely hopes that Purl Gurl will not respond to the Munchkin Man's contest challenge with cowardice.

Instead, the Munchkin Man shall be eagerly looking forward to Purl Gurl's very courageous acceptance of the Munchkin Man's contest challenge.

Good luck to all.

Best Wishes,

Munchkin Man

a new pr is released

there u go purl:

OAO NK "Magma" holds licenses for exploration and production at the Yuzhnoye and the Orehovskoye oil fields in the Nizhnevartovskiy district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area (KhMAO).

TheYuzhnoye oil field has initial recoverable C1+C2 oil reserves approved by the State Reserves Committee under the Russia Federation Ministry of Natural Resources (SRC) and which amount to 102,718,000 barrels of oil, of which category Cl reserves totaled 97,294,000 barrels. As of January 2005, the total oil production reached 18,359,000 barrels, and the remaining recoverable reserves amounted to 84,358,000 barrels of oil, where category Cl reserves equal 78,934,000 barrels. The Orehovskoye field has a total initial recoverable category C1+C2 reserves in the state reports that amount to 52,684,000 barrels of which Cl reserves total 47,530,000 barrels. The total category C1+C2 remaining recoverable reserves of the Yuzhnoye and the Orehovskoye oil fields amount to 137,042,000 barrels, of which category Cl reserves total 126,465,000 barrels.

thus the numbers were not exaggerated as you thought since an additional field is involved

camellio, this is my take.

NDOL has released further details at the urging
of readers or possibly after reading my articles.
I am reported to NDOL on a regular basis.

This type of pr news is of much better quality.
NDOL provides data which is more credible and
affords some understanding of thier business
plan regarding the Magma deal.

They are being or appear to be honest about
investment recovery time, otherwords, number
of years to reach a wash condition.

These numbers they present, true or false, are
presented in a more credible manner.

However, NDOL still faces serious challenges
in overcoming their long history of deceit
and overcoming current heavy dilution. They
have also carefully avoided mention of their
financing arrangements. Possibly NDOL still
does not have financing in place.

Had NDOL produced relatively credible news
like this all along, share prices just might
have reached their $2.17 per false promise.

As you know, I will be looking close at their
numbers and such, as all readers should. NDOL
has no credibility so skepticism is warranted.

Problems are appearing on a quick glance,

"...Orehovskoye oil fields...."

This is not part of the Siber Magma deal.

"...daily oil output reached 7,263,000 barrels which
corresponds to an annual output of 2,649,000 barrels."

Well, what can I say other than laugh?

...and the Orehovskoye oil fields are fat finger?

I curious. A fat finger might type a comma followed
by three zeroes.

How did this slip past a professional executive?

There are other problems, as in the past.
