I agree, these 20% price increases really suck. I wish all this insider dumping/dilution would stop or we'll end up over our 20 DMA. I hate making money.

you'd think that there would be some kind of SEC regulation about filing a 144 and pumping within a certain time frame, but i guess not ! same as last month, a lot of fluff and no substance, only more shares to dump. same old story same old song and dance...

Yes, a quarter cent, a half cent spread is pretty darn hard to work!
This tight spread is very telling of dilution.
My hope is our hundreds of lurkers here at Allstocks are learning a bit about scams.
Our markets need learned and aggressive traders who know how to avoid pump and dump scams and are willing to help others not lose money to these zillions of scams going on daily.

Purl Gurl for a person who looks down so much upon twisting facts, as you do, your post about Magma Oil's proven oil reserves appear to be quite misleading . As of May 19955, Magma oil had total PROVEN reserves of 62 mmb. The most recent numbers I've come to find show that there were 82 mmb of PROVEN reserves as of 2004, which nearly matches the figure in your earlier post. However, you fail to relize that proven does not mean probable. The number of proven reserves today might be much greater than two years ago, given the aggressive exploration for oil because of the price runup. This and the fact that they may not even be referring to proven reserves, lead me to believe that the 137mmb estimate may very well be accurate.

So, Spitfart, you want to talk about serious contradictions in this 7 million barrels per year claimed by NDOL in news?
An alternative is Magma being valued less than NDOL paid. That might make a good topic.
However, if you are to make wild eyed claims based on very poor research, I will only humiliate you. Here at Allstocks we play it straight with readers. No pumping, no bashing, just the facts, Ma'am.
