bdgee i wish i could argue with your post, but i believe it to be true unfortunately. the police don't even have to knock or announce their prescence before entering your home, as this was overturned by the courts last week.

i also believe the voice of hope as pg says "we are the good. We always prevail in our time." and as in every other society in history, our time will come.

Press Release Source: Nord Oil International Inc.

Nord Oil International/North-West Oil Group Targets Oil Producer in the Saratov Region
Thursday June 29, 9:48 am ET

MOSCOW--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 29, 2006 -- Nord Oil International/North-West Oil Group (Other OTC:NDOL.PK - News) is completing negotiations for the acquisition of NK SaratovNefteGeofizika in an all cash deal. This acquisition shall be made in parallel with the Magma deal which was announced last week. There is a definite interest by a number of European funds to provide the necessary funding for these acquisitions.

The President, Mr. Ernest Malyshev, states, "Russia is a key supplier of petroleum products to Europe, and the European banking and commercial institutions are eager to participate in all oil/gas ventures involving oilfields in Russia."

NK SaratovNefteGeofizika is an oil, gas and condensate producing company located in the lower Volga basin within the Saratov area, which is a mature petroleum region of Russia.

The purchase shall be for 100% of both the Company and its subsidiary, ZAO Itilneft.

The Company, which was formed 7 years ago, provides an excellent opportunity to acquire low priced assets in the very prolific Lower Volga Basin; its licenses have significant further upside potential with a large surface to explore within well-defined prospects. The Company has all the necessary services and facilities for growth. It presently has 142 employees and 3 certified chemical laboratories.

The assets of the target Company include among other advantages the following three areas of production.

The Ternovskoye Oil and Gas Field has 6 wells with a 7th well being set up, and it consists of the four reserves.

Its Klinsovskii Oil Reserve has 12,446,000 barrels of proven reserves and 17,994,000 barrels of probable reserves. In 2005, annual production was 584,000 barrels of oil..

The Vorobievskii Gas Reserve has 3 wells and the probable reserves are 505 MM cubic meters of gas with 83,000 tons of condensate. The gas reserves are to be in production in 2008.

The Vorobievskii Oil Reserve has 3 wells with 5,548,000 barrels of reserves of oil.

The Bobrikovskii Gas Condensate Reservoir has 4 wells with estimated gas reserves in the amount of 556,000,000 cubic meters.

The East-Ternovskoye Gas Condensate Field has gas reserves of 107MM cubic meters and 129,210 barrels of condensate. The probable gas reserves are 207MM cubic meters and 250,390 barrels of condensate.

The Ostrolukskoye Oil Field has 2 wells with a yearly production of 85,417 barrels with proven and probable reserves of 85,417,000 barrels of oil. There is also a direct pipeline to the Engels oil and gas base which belongs to the company.

The quality of the produced oil from these deposits shall obtain a premium price per barrel and this will economically provide a most efficient return.

The acquisition should be completed within 2-3 months and shall provide Nord Oil International/North-West Oil Group with another step towards its quest to greatly increase its presence in the European oil marketplace.

The President, Mr. Malyshev, assures the shareholders that this step as well as that of acquiring the Magma operations shall dramatically increase value for the shareholders and market presence, value and strength for the Company.

This appears to be the first of two unreleased
news I mentioned about a week back. Should be
one more news release in the future.

I wrote of a possible chance to flip, based
on a condition of NDOL dropping to .25 per
share. Headed that way, but not quite.

Rather doubtful there is any flipping chance
today or tomorrow. Reaction to this news is
anemic. Maybe a penny per share, maybe two
cents per share flipping. One or two cents
is too narrow of a window; too much risk.

We shall see as daylight burns.

This does add to concerns of high debt. NDOL
is taking on or claiming to take on more and
more debt but no revenue backing.

I will be interested to learn if any of these
deals actually pan out.

Cannot help but notice NDOL does not reveal
a purchase price, as with last news.

Based on last news, current news and news to
come, if released, NDOL will be taking on
somewhere in the range of three-quarters of
a billion dollars to a billion dollars in
new debt.

Lots of debt, old and new. I question if
this is a prudent move by NDOL.

"...purl bashing every new ndol pr without hesitation...."

What is the nature of trader response, today,
to this NDOL news?

Your premise for personal insult, as expected,
is quite flawed; ignorance and hatred walk
hand-in-hand.

another certainty is more contradictatory prs from NDOL and a weak response.

i agree that 2 or 3 cents a share is not worth the risk to flip, especially right before a holiday.

i bet julie is really screaming at those other clowns by now!!! wouldn't it be nice to be able to eavesdrop on them as they p;ot their evil schemes?

Heh, heh, heh, Glassman, be careful with such
rational thoughts! You might cause his brains
to explode; messy, messy!

Clearly he is deliberately overlooking my
discussion of possible flipping for profit.

True problem is these boys refuse to accept
responsibility for their being bag holders;
easier to blame everyone else.

A $30 dollar stock! BUY! BUY! BUY!

"i agree that 2 or 3 cents a share is not worth the risk to flip"

You know I am, like Blue, very conservative.

My personal rules require a wider spread for
flipping. My minimum is five to seven cents with
a optimal goal of a ten cent profit margin.

Trying to work a penny or two cents, very risky.
I will work a penny or two on stocks under ten
cents per share, stocks which exhibit a long
and predictable price history, if I want to
pick up a few hundred, quickly, maybe to pay
for a new pair of shoes.

Contrasting this, NDOL shows a history of poor
response to news. Previous pumps, the DML pump,
current pump, results are laughable and point
directly to heavy dilution.

A stock which displays heavy dilution is always
a poor choice for flipping; no volatility.

For NDOL, I would have bought some at .25 per
if signs indicated no further dropping, then
flipped around .30 to .35 per share. This did
not happen, but might between now and the next
pump news from NDOL company.

Those two represent the relative intellectual
level of pump and dump people who have defrauded
so many of their money.

How shameful to allow yourself to be fooled
by such obviously ignorant people; they are
ignorant, you are foolish.

You, the reader, were not fooled by them, yes?

Ha! Pretty funny, Glassman!

Some boys never grow up, never move past
early adolescence.

You know the boy is a famous stock trading
advisor. Has his own newsletter and all that.
He pumped NDOL to his readers at .55 to .60
per share. Those readers lost half of their
money, to date.

I looked over his track record. Not good, not
good at all. People who take his advice almost
always end up losing money.

Readers, although these discussions appear to
be off topic, there are many lessons to be
learned here. My hope is you are learning.

..and his continuing mistakes.

You are precisely right, Glassman. I would add
abnormal thinking, such as his, is very typical
of these fools we read, most often, on stock
message boards; they are the loudest and
greatest in numbers.

Deep denial, inflated ego, lack of confidence,
significant ignorance, poor thinking skills,
childish demeanor, temper tantrums, on and on,
all wad up into what I term with endearment,

"blithering idiot."

HA! HA! HA! That is so funny!

I will deny that in a court of law.

* sticks out her tongue *

Besides, if I set foot upon my Choctaw Nation,
I am then a citizen of a sovereign nation,
other than America!

I keep some bags packed, just in case along
with a nice set of out-of-state licenses
and license plates.

Ha! Ha! Glassman, you are so lovable!

Heh, heh, heh, my plates are not expired!

I just have not placed the little sticky thing
on there yet. Besides, when I flee California,
first I will start with New Mexico plates. Upon
leaving New Mexico, then Texas plates, finally
Oklahoma plates then Muscogee, then I am off
to Choctaw Town! That is where all plates come
off and the barn doors are closed.

Horseback, bareback, from there to my hideaway
cabin way back in a pine forest.

Do not start any rumors! Readers are already
fearful enough of me! (for good reason)

I would bribe you with naked photographs but
those only work on Tex. How about a beautiful
tall nude glass figurine of Bette Page? She is
just as crazy as me!
