Hornets! Reminds me of hornets in our outhouse on the farm! (There she goes again)
Ever sit in an outhouse and have a hornet sting your butt? YEOW! Long story, funny story, great for laughs but I would not want to stir up the hornets!
We kept a stick just outside our outhouse to stir around in the hole to check for hornets. Today, I keep a sign in our bathroom,

Dig this is just a guess. Parkin hasn't replied to my emails lately, and I don't blame him. I think the company is complete, and we are waiting on the SEC review. It shouldn't be long because NDOL was a reporting company, but I am not going to venture a guess on the release date.

Some thing that i have noticed from emailing parkins so many times is when you email him about xyz and xyz is about to happen, then he's not going to reply back you about xyz. I guess this makes sense,why reply to a couple hundred emails about the 8k when it is about to come out.

I just posted this on another board. Please do not take the following as anything other than my own attempts to run backgrounds on all of the players involved in Nord Oil & North-West Oil Group. Do not make any investment decisions on the following post as I am simply offering up a possible theory that I am piecing together:
Long Shot - give me your opinions:
(Premise: I am simply digging around the internet to find out as much about all of the players involved in order to help piece together a better understanding of the various companies involved and the future prospects of our holdings)
I was reviewing the North West Oil website and looking for backgrounds on anyone listed in their management structure. I was working on Mr. Alexander V. Konovalov who is listed as General Director: http://www.szng.ru/mol_e.html
I then found a Mr. Alexander V. Konovalov who is Production Director for Vyborg Shipyard JSC who is one of the largest shipbuilding companies of the North-Western Region of Russia: http://www.vyborgshipyard.ru/eng/index.php?id=256
Why is this of interest?
If Mr. Alexander V. Konovalov is the same gentleman and a common thread between North West Oil Group and Vyborg Shipyard then are oil platforms in our future? Taken from the Vyborg website:
Future Prospects: - Construction of deep sea semi-submersible floatingdrilling & production platforms for exploration of oil & gas offshore fields - Construction of stationary production platforms
I understand "Mr. Alexander V. Konovalov" could be two completely different people, but perhaps we may look back and find this is another piece of the puzzle.

look what i think what happeneD..parkin wanted the pr out already but malyshev has said to wait untill the filing is also ok because otherwise there will be some people again complaining it is not numbers from a filing... So i have the feeling they put out the pr thursday and immediately after that the filings so there is no doubt...remember we have a new CEO here who is not stupid and thinks how he has to run this company..that guy doesn't want this stock goes down because he has 59 percent of the shares so he will make sure it goes up! i think parkin has to shut up for a while now :-))

this is just the 10qsb and we need the 8k filing and the consolidated financials of the NWOG...but we stay fully reporting which is always good :-) but nothing special in this 10 qsb...
