Doni boy, a lot of companies probably use those states to incorporate, because of easy laws, but it's not a guarantee that they are crooks. I feel a little better that they have already entered into a reporting status. And this is just my opinion.

One thing I noticed for a long time is that a lot of pinks are incorporated in Nevada. And they are junk.

Doniboy writes about red flag warnings and,

http://www.stockpatrol.com/article/key/pennystockepidemic

Stockpatrol is a well respected outfit. Yours
is a good article which presents valuable and
credible information.

Yes, NDOL / North-West do present some red flag
warnings as discussed in this thread and do fit
many of the stockpatrol criteria.

Additionally, very clear there are a small handful
of pump and dump scammers working this thread
but not very successfully; a clear warning.

My opinion is NDOL / North-West is being less
than honest, is pumping but does not exhibit
all the scam indicators. There are certainly
problems and questionable activities but I do
not think NDOL et al will vanish overnight.

You make good points, Doniboy, which should
not be dismissed lightly.

High caution is advised for this stock.

Doniboy, have a look at the GHLT thread on
this "hot stocks" board. There you will learn
what can happen to unwary and gullible traders.

Doni,

Perhaps you can perform a great service for others who have invested in this stock. You share a similar sentiment with Purl Gurl who has already labeled this a "pump and dump scheme". I would be grateful if you would pick up the phone and lead the charge to having the SEC investigate Nord Oil, its TA and their SEC Counsel, Mr. Emas.

If you have these suspicions then nobody on this board is going to be able to lend credibility to this company better than an independent third party who was architected to investigate and enforce laws governing the exchange of securities - namely, the SEC.

Obviously, you can begin your investigation by contacting the SEC: www.sec.gov

Next, you can call or personally visit SEC Counsel for Nord Oil:

Joseph I. Emas
Attorney at Law
1224 Washington Avenue
Miami Beach, Florida 33139
(305) 531-1174
(305) 531-1274 (facsimile)
(305) 799-3131 (cell)

I urge you to let us know what you find. I have spoken with Mr. Emas and feel extremely confident about the legitimacy of Nord Oil. However, please do not take my word on it. I suggest you go straight to the source. Mr. Emas is well aware of people on this board accusing Nord Oil, North-West Oil Group and its respective owners of operating a "pump and dump scheme", "share dumping" and being outright fraudsters. I am confident he would like to hear from others who have similar suspicions or making similar accusations.

I hope this helps,

W

Incidently, if you boys are not out of bed and
at it two hours before market open, you are
not good traders!

Here on the Pacific coast, you will find the

Was it all of that early morning DD that led you to labeling this stock a "pump and dump scheme", Purl?

Another thought:

For anyone who has suspicions about this stock, why not pick up the phone and call a rep. at Oil India and inquire if they are in on the

"Stock bashers infest stock message boards with ignorant postings about how bad a company is. They steal the tranquility from once peaceful and friendly message boards and turn them into wall street war zones leaving many new investors running for cover and old investors preparing to fight back. Bashers almost always win the argument because they don't post the truth. They can ramble on about how a company is hiding something or about how much their stock is going to fall tomorrow. Longs cannot prove them wrong, because the information the bashers give is false and therefore cannot be proved or disproved."

Good thoughts, P Rowds and I respect your opinion. However, I do think people have a duty to have others take responsibility for their actions or responsibility for what they post.

Hardly mystifying how Purl Gurl lauds herself on her trading skills and the amount of "research" she does on stocks; however, she will not take me to task by contacting SEC Counsel for Nord Oil directly. I have given his information numerous times though she and others will not report on their conversation with him. In the interest of transparency in light of Purl Gurl calling this stock a "pump and dump scheme", I believe she owes this board a call to Mr. Emas with a posting of her findings.

Perhaps I am idealistic, but at least others might be able to sense Purl's motivations by her lack of a response.

I'll choose not to hold my breath.

Rowds and two other boys are being paid to pump

I am not being paid to pump this stock. Nor do I believe you are being paid "to bash this stock". I think you are irresponsible with many of your postings and are upset at how you are being taken to task.

I own shares of NDOL and have sold about 25% of my holdings in the past. I have posted nothing but factual information I have been able to find on the internet about Nord Oil, North-West Oil Group and Oil India.

I have gone as far as contacting SEC Counsel for Nord Oil, Mr. Emas, and filed an SEC complaint concerning your allegations, Purl. Now why would a "paid pumper" reach out to such attorneys and the SEC?

I have disclosed my position in the stock and stuck to the facts. You on the other hand have labeled this stock a "pump and dump" scheme and called the management of Nord and SZNG fraudsters. You need to learn the difference between opinion and potentially libelous postings.

"Finally, a Beginner-level basher (also known as a Pitchfork) would attempt to create confusion in the room by distracting other posters with satire, name calling and pointless arguments. The idea was to make sure no serious discussion of the stock
could take place. A Pitchfork was usually a basher, but not always. Sometimes, we would throw in a hypster Pitchfork such as MONEYMADE and laptop and a pumper like Datatech to create the illusion of an argument going on. What was really funny (in a perverse way, I guess) was that Datatech and I sat next to each other, laughing the whole time."

and once again purl.... look at past posts by both of us.... you will find you fit criteria much better than either of us....

Your scores are over eighty percent!

So, tell us the truth! Are you paid pumpers?

Market correction? $1.50 down to .60 is a hell of a correction...LOL

Markets are showing Dead Cat Bounces, volitility, and no staying power..

It has moved down to us in the PINKS and OTCBB'S
Holding anything is a risky proposition, I've seen plenty of market corrections in my days and this thing is turning into a Major Craps shoot.

That is bringing out the Bears! and I mean the Grizzlys...Watch for some wild Hedge Fund activity, those guys really do use paid Bashers and Pumpers.

GUWAHATI, India - Police fired tear gas shells and caned hundreds of angry workers on Wednesday in northeast India as they disrupted crude oil production demanding more pay and bonuses.

More than 2,000 temporary oil workers from state-owned Oil India Limited (OIL) clashed with police in several parts of Assam as they tried to stop engineers going to drilling sites.

About 80 people, including 25 policemen, were wounded.

Protesters also set alight oil spills near storage tanks, snatched radio sets from security men and stoned vehicles carrying company officials.

"Since yesterday, such incidents have been going on and the situation is not normal," OIL spokesman Nripen Kumar Bharali said.

Late Tuesday night, workers set ablaze three abandoned oil wells. Police arrested 25

I wish I could just say enough is enough and this would all end. My advice to the newbie's that we are all trying to save. Do your own DD on this company. Personally I don't give rats azz about your money, if you buy high because people say so, that's your fault, and if sell for a loss because you got scared by someone else, only to watch the price bounce back, well that's your fault too. I recommend googling, yahooing, and MSNing everything to do with this company, and when you find some interesting topics search for more info on these aswell. Look up Saratovneftegaz, and Udmurtneft since these are currently being worked on. Follow BP's progress closely since they are probably going to be surrendering some assests to the Russians shortly, kind of like Marathon. I can't remember the web pages I visited because there were several probably in the hundreds, many of which were dead ends. You will also see that the World Bank has released money to NWOG. As far as Parkin goes look into Monimpex and Midland Baring. You will see that Monimpex is a company that brings other companies public. They do specialize in Russian firms, and seem to have taken seats with some of these firms. NWOG management will run this show soon enough, not NDOL, they are just the vehicle NW is using to accomplish it's plans. You can use these boards for help getting information, but you sure can't use them for baseing your purchases, except MOMO moves when you gauging sentiment. Purl and others, have brought up several good points, but they have also brought up things that were falsies, not on purpose I suspect, but wrong none the less. Look at positive and negative posts, and prove them correct, incorrect, or unknown. I have done with every post Purl has thrown up, and I am confident in this company from a long point of view. There are points that Purl brings up that remain a mystery, and this is up to you. Think about the big picture and not on small aspect. How does on piece of info fit with another. The India news is a perfect example of this. If you dig a little, you MAY see that this is just the first step in a process, and has already had impacts in Russia, bids are droping, bidders are leaving and NWOG is getting a better deal. That was just the way I see it, but you need to look for yourself. Use this to your advantage and make your own decisions. I am not much of charity person so take this for what it's worth. The majority of my charity this year has been spent flying the Afghan Pakistan boarder and providing Pakistani terrorist a great oppurtunity to meet their god BEFORE they committed a sin that would not allow them entry to the kingdom they strive so hard to enter.

And Dusty I think your right on the correction, I think 20-30% is possible, NDOL is now the only stock I own, everything else is cash, I am waiting for the storm to end.

Katrina7 the address is parkin*monimpex.com, I doubt if he will answer you right now. I am still waiting on a reply. The phone may be the better option.

Once again sorry for the long post.
