From what I gather the actual float will be minute, in comparison for the next year. Thats a plus to those holding tradable shares in my opinion.

Rich, good for you...didnt know if you saw the blood bath over on MOTG....really bad news for me. Wish I woulda had more riding on this the first go around, but hopefully can make up some of my loss here.

Yeah westcott I found that earlier. I'll be honest with you, I don't forsee any offshore activity being developed with Vyborg, but I think it is an interesting aspect that NW is setting itself up to export oil out of St. Petersburg through foreign contracts written in Geneva. I imagine Vyborg shipping guys could be useful here. If you continue DDing on everyone in the company you'll see alot of people with connections to large banks, and politicians as well. I think I posted like three weeks ago that these guys were doing business with BP, now it looks as if they are going the political route and trying to put some pressure on BP to give up some nice fields at a (very) reasonable price. Anyway keep digging, you'll find tons of stuff I would like to help more, but you'll see by time you go through all those pages of info you won't remember where you got it. You'll just remember the highlights.

things are starting to shape up for NDOL...GTLA involded and to the OG NDOL holders ...I hope your pacients is rewarded greatly..and btw, I hope Gracie wins by submission, just for all the "new school" fans of the UFC to knw Gracie is the real deal..!

GUWAHATI: Agitating contractual labourers of Oil India Limited (OIL) set ablaze oil well drilling waste effluent pits and crude oil and gas pipelines in upper Assam but returned to work responding to an appeal by the authorities this evening. OIL and police sources said that protestors on Wednesday set fire to the waste effluent pit at Tengakhat but the blaze was extinguished immediately. The disgruntled workers also set afire an oil pipeline passing through the rainforest in upper Dihing but it was soon put off late Wednesday night. Though two pipelines at Joypur and an effluent pit near drilling wells at Jorajan were set ablaze, the sources said, they were doused and 11 persons arrested.

i am curious to see if the 8K will be out today...Since the merger actually is done i think Malyshev is in total control now and has a different view on when and how to release pr...i think parkin wanted the pr already tuesday but my feelings says malyshev choose to wait untill the filing is also complete so there can be no discussion about the numbers in the news release...the best days are ahead of us!

interesting point of view Stock, I would think they would want to release the 8K and consolidated finacials asap, because the 10qsb hit the wires yesterday...Either way we need that info to make for a nice Holiday weekend:)

Here's someone's Email I received of some NWOG DD
Here is my last DD.
-Same scenario of TNT ?? TNT (oil russia) was trading at 33$ before summertime 2005. In september 2005 ( After summer) at 55$. Summer seem to be hot for russian oil stock. Expect the pps to be around 2$ in september for NDOL.
-NWOG REVENUE If NWOG get's 59% of the company it sound logical that they will bring 50% more revenue then NDOL !! I NDOL bring 200M, so NWOG should be 300M That's how I arrive at 500M$ total gross revenue. With margins of 30%, we get 150M$ net ! But I suspect that short term we will have a lot of selling pressure from the DT from 0.74$ to 0.92$
-2007 Total net revenue With my numbers they will have around 150 to 200M net revenue in 2007. 150/605M shares = 0.25 eps X 15% growth = 3.75$ pps 200/605M shares = 0.33 eps X 15% growth = 5$ pps
-CHART DD 0.92$ seem to be the real test for NDOL. Will not be easy to pass short term. Long term tranding range between 1.3$ and 1.5$ Resistance 0.72, 0.8, 0.84, 0.92, 1.12, 1.28, 1.44
-Let me tell you why 2.20$ is low... NDOL have been really conservative. NDOL + NWOG = 500M$ revenue Gross. With margins of 25% = 125M$ net. 125M / 602 O/S = 0.21 eps X 10% growth = 2.1 pps. That is with only 25% margins and 10% growth. This is a steal. Normal number for Junior oil company is 40% margins + 30% growth. That will give a pps of = 10$ WAW......
