I had 120,000 back at last June. I should have dumped them before the BTSI R/S late last year, but I wound up with 10,000 after the split. That gave me a bad attitude toward these guys. Now I have a 93271 shares. Could be worse. I'm up 8000 shares from the beginning of the month.

Folks, you may want to think long and hard about this stock. Read the two excerpts below and if any of you were in jphc I would like to know your opinion. TMAN...

This is from the news release from Nord that was posted on Pinksheets... tmanfromtexas, The rule 144 applies to all North_West Oil shares and some Nord shares that Officers of Nord presently have. Those shares are restricted. Nord Shareholders shares are not restricted in any way before or after the merger. Reread the PR's and you will see this as fact. No concerns here. Brent

Buy Tex, those two statements came verbatum from the news releases I referred to. Nothing more, nothing less. If a dash in a name i.e. north-west verses northwest is all that makes the difference then so be it. TMAN...

Buy Tex, When I read the Kommersant PR it said...The firms and 100 percent of Nord Oil’s stocks are to be included in the authorized capital of the new company called NORTHWEST OIL GROUP. The company put out a pr on the 11th and it said... The company also made a correction to an earlier statement that the revenues of the NORTH-WEST OIL GROUP was mainly derived from oil production; it should have stated partly derived from the its oil production. The company stated that in accordance with SEC regulation, that all shares issued for the merger to the shareholders of the North-West Oil Group will be restricted from selling and will be legend according to rule 144 of the securities Act. 100% of Nords stock is going to be included in the new company NORTHWEST OIL GROUP. The stock issued to shareholders of NORTH-WEST OIL GROUP will be restricted. Folks on the board are saying that the dash between north west is what makes the difference between the shares that are restricted and shares that are not. The new company doesnt have the dash in the name, the old company does. My only concern is that they are going to pull a fast one, change the ticker and all new shares issued for the merger will be restricted. I know this flys against the prevailing wind here but this does concern me and that is why I am going to wait for the 8k to clear up the confusion I have. TMAN...

Tman, of interest to me, NDOL releases pr news which claims a "buy out" by North-West. Within three or four days, I do not remember the exact time frame, but within a very short period of time NDOL and North-West are signing a merger agreement; a done deal.
How long, on the average, does it take corporate lawyers to negotiate and write a merger document?
There is a suggestion NDOL knew there would be a merger when NDOL announced the "buy out" news.
Mine is, of course, speculative opinion for those sissy boys who cry-baby to the SEC in an attempt to silence those whose opinions are not approved by the pump & dump crowd.
"...My only concern is that they are going to pull a fast one, change the ticker and all new shares issued for the merger will be restricted."
Anything can happen. Quite lawful for a company to announce changes in terms and conditions which contradicts previous statements. This is common, thus all the "worthless" restricted shares sitting in our brokerage accounts, much to our annoyance.
Like you, I want to read inked details. News releases suggest common shares, not restricted shares, but no guarantee, so far.
