I'm starting to see good things coming too! I'm feeling more confident about this company now because they actually have the equipments and wells that ARE in production. With the summer coming and financial report immediate before us, (not to mention the beginning of a reversal) this should be looking very good!

Dig I just got a reply from that stealth company. Not sure what to make of it, the good Doc never really answered my question. The attachment contains the stuff you already saw, and some defense review info, but nothing helpful. Anyway I think these guys are quite away from going public.
Yes we are interested please see attachment rgrds Dr R A Zeineh
Looks like a good product. Are you a publicly traded company, or a subsidiary of one. I would love to invest in this if you are?

Today is a very good sign! I have a good feeling about this. If the emails we received from the CEO are valid, there will multiple PR's coming in the next two weeks.
Reversal, more publicity, PR's coming, financials coming, company becoming more transparent, today's CNN report saying demand of oil not slowing down..., summer's around the corner...
The company also made a correction to an earlier statement that the revenues of the North-West Oil Group was mainly derived from oil production; it should have stated partly derived from the its oil production. The company stated that in accordance with SEC regulation, that all shares issued for the merger to the shareholders of the North-West Oil Group will be restricted from selling and will be legend according to rule 144 of the securities Act.

What PR are you talking about bbramma? restriced shares? I've read from Parkin the shares WILL NOT in any way be restricted.
Parkin has said over the next two weeks they will be on a PR blitz, he also said his accountant told him the #'s on the 8K look really good. We ran from .49 to .685 on no PR today, imagine the next two weeks! We will be well over $1.00!!!

adamgamz, Shares issued to North-West will be restricted, not Nord Oil shares that people own now.
bbramma, Whether it's partly or mainly, as long as there's that good amount of revenue coming in, it would mean that currently have good cash flow for drilling and exploration.

Yes, weatherbill. Let's not get too excited for Monday. We should see what the next two weeks hold for us. But it's looking quite good... (try to be conservative..)

Unfortunately it may go onto Monday. It is a holiday in Canada on Monday, but rest assured that I will be at my desk to make sure everything is finalized and released on Monday.
I dont see him missing this date, he knows how unhappy we all were with the missed dates. Something tells me he will be ontime in the future.

uptick, It's not the one Up-day that's getting people excited. But it's the overall situation. I was out on it's high, and was sitting on the sideline to see how things are turning out. I must say... I have more confidence at the company now than several weeks ago seeing that everything is coming together quite well. Couple of hiccups on the wording of a couple of PR's, and people's high expectation for immediate gains cause panic sells. People are settled down now from buyout expectation and beginning to re-evaluate the company's long term value. It seems to look pretty good, and the CEO is moving the company forward quite efficiently. So to me, it looks like everything should be back on track.
