I mean, apparently the stock is worth at least $2.17, right.
?: when buyout happens and if u still hold shares, if its CASH, do they give 2.17 per share and put that into ur stock account? or if it STOCK, do u just keep ur shares under some new name?
I know some were talking about the difference in a cash buyout and a stock buyout.
buyout structer is unknown. but the smart guys on here tend to think it will be a cash deal (as if we just sold our shs for 2.17).
I think this could get close to 2 dollars..

MM steal some share from the sellers today but thats their decision,i know they will regret it... do not panic to soon when a pullback is in place and if you have money buy more to average down

Good close, but doesn't matter. $2.17 per share is what we'll get.

Thanks Danny. Well, Im not the brightest, but if a shareholder is going to get $2.17 for the stock in either scenario, wouldnt it be dumb to sell now, unless u wanna get money to buy something else? --------------------------------------------------

Chad the offer was made by a private company, no stock, I would rather have the cash anyway.

thx Dig, well then it makes no sense for me to sell, nor do I see why others would, only to buy other stock i guess. Im staying in til the price hits over $2 or until buyout...makes sense to get the most money for ur shares. have a good weekend everyone.

With the possibility of Oil going to $120 a barrel I hope NDOL counters for a higher PPS. Half a billion is a great price at $70 per bbl, but now a 40% increase in cost per bbl, and half a billion seems a little low. This may sound greedy but I want NDOL to counter or get a higher offer from another buyer.
