I have been doubly blessed today. Seeing my family and making money. Thanks to all the bright people here that make this a great place to be apart of. My take on this is two fold. The PR was released to basically shut us up. LOL. Im sure parkins got tired of answering our questions and email. LOL. The other part of the equation is something that is somewhat more speculative... The buyout at 2.17 a share I would bet would be cash. The reason being the offering company is a private company. No shares to swap, no pos restricted shares, just cash. I am saying this on speculation and if someone else thinks otherwise please share your opinion. I also believe that we should take the pr at face value and use Weatherbill's valuation method as a model until something more concrete is pr'ed by the company. God Bless Texas...Its nice to be home. TMAN...
Yes Tman, god bless Texas. It is a great place to live. A little hot, but the woman are hotter.

Amen Invester, AMEN (you ought to see my wife)... I think all the boys and girls here in Texas should get together and celebrate TEXAS style after this little stock has made us our money. Throw one hell of a party down on Richmond somewhere and have a blast. It would be nice to meet the folks here and celebrate our little success. TMAN...

No thats not a violation, it would be a violation if you sold ndol then bought aurc then sold that aurc all within the same day unless your account was margin approved.

so does anyone think there be a big selloff around $2.10, then people buy back if it dips low enough because we all know its worth at least $2.17? Also weekend profit takers?

What are the chances of a PR today to send this to $2.17??

Or even better doni, a pr that says they turned down the offer because it was undervalued and waiting for counter!!

I agree Moto. The 2.17 was just the initial offer, wasn't it? If so, NDOL is likely to come back and say "Nahhh.. We're worth $x.xx pps." And then they hash it out and meet somewhere in the middle.

If I was management at Nord I would think I would realize the other company is going to give a low offer at first and know they are probably willing to pay more but want a bargain. I would atleast test them out.

Oh, absolutely! Like buying a car. You know the car is worth 30k. The salesman is going to want 38k. So you offer 20k and set the negotiations from there.

So we can't be sure right now if thats the final offer or not, but at the end of the press release it sounds like nord mgmnt is ready to go for it. IMO.

I just talked to my Scottrade office to try and answer a question that many of us have had, but no one has answered.
If the buy out goes through for cash there are two possibilities:
(1) if its Mandatory The stock ticker disappears and the $2.17 per share will appear in our accounts.
(2) in some circumstances we will get an e-mail from our broker telling us about a restructure which will allow us to authorize them to trade NDOL on our behalf at $2.17 per share.
If it goes through for stocks I am not sure what happens.
If it doesn't go through we keep the shares.
Hope this settles that question for some of you.

Never played one of these before a value was somewhat set in a buyout situation. Do you guys think they'll try to hold the pps in this range and wait for news, or are they just accumulating for a run?
