In order to go to OTCBB you need Market Makers to sponsor you. If you tell them you're being bought out, they're probably not real interested in listing you.

The only thing I don't like about the PR is that they said they would mention the amount by the next PR which is the one we just got. Otherwise it ROCKS!!!

you can bet your azz the offer is way higher than the current price! i think in the neighborhood of 2.10 a share! a fair discount to what the company has said they are worth!

Don't be surprised if the date of 5/10 passes with no news,just like this one past 5/1 without the news,but it did come 2 days later,SO if no news comes by 5/10 don't sell like people did this time or they will be sorry!

i think it will be on the 10th of may because now they have a very good idea about what is going to happen...but ok now we know for sure we get the number next week what is going to happen then?
do we need to vote or can they accept the offer? if the accept the offer what are the possible scenarios then? so i mean do we get immediately cash or stock from that other company or does a buyout go normally

bought more at 75 a minute ago, so thankfull to the MM or sellers who brought this down again... i think it will be a bumpy ride till next week but the day we got the number this will rock to that number..so if it is 4 dollars we go that day to 3 dollar imo

Stock, it depends on how the deal is structured. We can get stock in the other company for ours, we can get cash, we can get cash and stock, if the deal isnt in our best interest we can get screwed. lol. I think we will be fine. It will probably be a stock exchange but that is only my opinion. TMAN...

Looks like it is settled at 0.76 after morning rise. Not so many buys are coming. Or maybe somebody already is sneaking in and we donot know.
