ok might sound dumb but if it is a 'certain' thing the buyout price will be at least $1 why is this stock still a good deal under $1

All this speculation, I think this forum post should be banned that way nobody can bs on here and we can just sit back and see what happends. I doubt he revealed the price today becuase you think he want to end up like Martha or Ken Lay... duh. Give me a break talking about it doesnt help the situation at all it just flares emotions and creates anger!

I told you guys a while ago.....A couple times Parkin has been late with PRs when he said they would come out, they didn't, but they did come, just a little later than he said.....once PR comes, the bashers will have to take the toilet backed up into their mouths

Ya, no kidding. I told them I didn't like the way they are handling the May 1st deal. Have you ever heard of a company waiting for the MMs to let them go to a higher exchange. Thats a first for me. MMs are already questionable enough in their practices, let alone being in charge of when a stock is listed on a different exchange. IMO

As someone said earlier, if this is delayed because of lawyers, then this is a done deal, since you don't need lawyers to decline an offer. BUY OUT.....I say 80% yes

I'm frustrated they didn't meet their deadline, but if they are a scam, they very easily could have released a buyout number by now and sent this thing through the roof. I'm still believing this is the real deal. It's an SEC reporting entity with a big audit firm. Been holding for a couple months now, can wait longer for a big payoff.

I just got back. It seems everybody is at each other's neck. I see no pr today. No pr = no momentum. At least we didn't fall off the face of the earth. I'm in for the long haul anyway. Keep the faith!

The part about the MM's is true. This is from the otcbb website.
Only Market Makers can apply to quote securities on this service. Issuers may contact an authorized OTCBB Market Maker for sponsorship of a security on the OTCBB. The OTCBB does not charge issuers a fee for being quoted on the service. NASD Rules prohibit Market Makers from accepting any remuneration in return for quoting issuers' securities on the OTCBB or any similar medium.

Most of the sellars are out....now those with the cools heads will come in becasue they know PR is coming and any retrace will only make the run that much bigger when PR does hit becasue the shorts will not be in till after the PR and they will have to go chasing....ha ha ha

Iam just speechless.Is this a stock forum or a BS forum.I am new at this and Iam getting very discouraged with reading all this junk.Nothing here for me anymore.I have read where some people that I thought were very reputable called and emailed and so on the company about the PR's .What a joke .I dont beleive anyone here anymore.Someone give me some good advice or something to make me more positive here.I am not in this like some here.I am small time I guess with 15,000 shares at around .46.I lost already some with RSHN and JPHC and I am a little ahead right now overall with this stock.I realy thought this was a good one .Help a newbie out and tell me something that is real to keep me going in the right direction.

2f, with all due respect. If you really want to find out what is going on you have to talk to the people that know. Some people here have called and gave what they know to us. There are others here that have not. We are all waiting and are at the mercy of the company. If you feel that the gamble isnt worth it. sell. take your profit and be happy that you came out a winner. That is what I will do when the time is right for ME. No one else. You have to take the good with the bad on these boards or like you said dont come here anymore. Please dont take offense but this is the only advice I can give except to trust only in your self when trading stocks. Have a great evening. TMAN...

2 being brutely honest with you, if you are hoping people in these forums are here to make you money you are mistaken. Somebody has to lose money so somebody else can make money. That's the way you made yours and lost yours. You can take the statements and do your own DD and evaluation on a stock, but to just look and say, "Do you think this is good or bad", is asking for a good beating. You have to understand that people get frustrated. Some of these guys and gals have 10,000 or more in this stock and it's frustrating for a PR to come out and then the company not to come through. If you can't handle that you are definitely in the wrong place. I have heard it and said it myself. I hope you the best whatever you do.

I'm sorry I missed all these posts, I've been out drinking again. Who the h3ll is this guy slyja555. My friend (and I use the term loosely) NDOL doesn't owe you shizzle other than the worth of the stock, and neither does Parker. A PR doesn't come out and now your world is falling. I have been doing this since 97 and if there is one thing I have learned it's keep cash in your cash account to buy on momentum. You said I made 40K here, and something there (I really don't care to look it up, because I am drunk again) but you didn't have anymoney to through in PGPM sounds like YOU made a bad choice. Shutup I am getting sick of reading your posts. I love the rest of you guys and gals. Just for you slyja555 I have made 52,000 on NDOL in the last three weeks and 12,600 off ABZT,,,,, and guess what I had enough to through at FPPL yesterday so go shove it and get a clue. Anyone who wishes to post positive or negative is welcome in my book, but don't blame a pink sheet for you unrealized gains. Go get a savings account and grow up.
As far as the buy out price I have $9.00 a barrel, 12.00 a barrel so on and so forth. buy outs are normally made to benefit of both parties, so you have to look at what you know, just because one company sold for an average on $9 a barrel doesn't mean everyone will. Look at potential, assets, and debt load. The other pennies may have sold a $9 barrell, but there debt expendetures exceeded revenues. This is the only sticking point I have found with Nord, I can not get an accurate debt amount. The last fincial that came out listed interest as -. No way this is the full story. Most likely interest was deferred. I saw a debt on market gainer (sorry I can't remeber how much it is was) but it didn't state whether it was principle interest or both. I won't give a price, you guys can figure that out for yourselves, and you should, but I would feel comfortable saying it is more than you paid for the company. My only fear here is some sort of convertable debt though I really don't see that being the case.

I called and they said PR today. No PR. Although, he said that they had a back log of paperwork. I read people well, and I felt he was very forthcoming. They filed an 8k with the SEC. You just don't do that if it's not true. I actually took some of my profits from the other two oils today, and bought more Nord. This is a sound play, it just takes time. Think about how long it takes to buy a house. Imagine buying a multi million dollar company. I have worked on these types of deals before, and they are not a cakewalk. Be patient.

2fstws6 : it looks like you are up pretty good at this point, if you are nervous about this than by all means sell and take your profit, never be afraid to take a profit! thats what trading is about!, my beleif is that there is more to come, but thats me. you need to decide for yourself. i pay little attention to posters who say they have spoken with the company, not because i dont belive them but because i cant varify it!. if i call the company i do not post what i am told because no one can varify my call, if i call the T/A for the O/S i will post what i am told along with the number i dialed so others can varify it the difference with that is the T/A is a third party and has no stake in the company. due dilligence is important, use your computer, lots of info out there on just about everthing and everyone! find it! use it!. many stocks run because people beleive they will and start buying, pushing the price up, then more people see the rising price and start to buy, pushing the stock up even more!. every runner is a group play! not all the buyers realize they are the group! group runs always crash always!. this will go higher because it has real value. the trick is to jump on the train when it starts moving and jump off before it stops. GLTY!!

Hey, thanks for all the comments. Being new learning the tricks of the game maybe just got to me a little bit there. Maybe just from reading to many posts about stuff to happen and then it doesn't. I just got to learn to not read into some posts and go with what I know and feel in my gut and my own DD. I know pennies are pretty much a gamble but there is money to be made. I still believe that this is a good company with more to come, so I am going to hold out and see.
