I heard a "rumor" that the company could adjust the split. HUH?? They are still short shares! I bought my shares w/ due bills attached and I want them.
See now this is what worries me about selling. That memo they read to me at Ameritrade.....in the event of "reversal, amendment, etc." I would be liable. Better not sell too many I would say. I am trying to think in my mind how that scenario would play out if they amended the split. It definitely doesn't seem fair, but we all know these companies are out to screw investors and they always seem to FIND A WAY TO DO IT!
This is a heck of a note, that we are in the beginning of this mess and afraid to sell. Damn!

NOT THIS TIME. They are required to cover like everyone else. They will have a lawsuit on their hands. Like I said, me and about 300 others have shares with due bills attached, and WE WANT THEM. Period.

I wouldn't think they could, but due to past experience with these pink sheets....well they have proved they are like a sly fox in a hen house. They always win legal or illegal it seems. It amazes me how crooked this entire mess is. And to think this is where they want newbies to put money to "fix" the SS System. What a joke. The entire nation will end up being paupers. LOL

This could prove to be a very good thing today. Not much volume due to brokers not allowing trading, investors being afraid to sell, etc.
They are NOT getting very many shares back are they? Tomorrow is the due by date. They had better deliver.
Won't surprise me if trades start going thru late this afternoon at record pace. I am not selling until tomorrow. I am glad it is slow today.

That's how I see it too. If we made a bad investment we have to live with it.

these 0.0002 orders are real small (thousands) compared to the 0.0001 orders (millions)

Yes. That, and speculators will drive it higher. They are obviously trying to keep this puppy down right now. The brokerages saying you can't buy or sell is BS! They are tampering with the market for this stock, reprehensible. If my stock isn't delivered by the due bill date (tomorrow), you are gonna see one angry tiger here.

I think that the MM's were gearing up to play this morning, until most people decided not to sell.
Good chance that most of the trades today are individual buys of shares that were sold cheaper yesterday.
I've had one chunk for sale at .0002 since a few minutes after open with no takers.
