Just talked with Scottrade. No change since Friday. Reorg dept doesn't open for another hour--try back after they're in. Same old, same old... "blah, blah, blah". Or is it... "blasé, blasé, blasé"? Sigh.

blah, blah, blah is right. All the brokers in collusion now, to make everyone confused so that nobody will trade GRVP, even though it's no longer suspended. I still want my shares delivered this week!

Shares are still showing at Ameritrade......
Sino Silver had no news either before it started trading again after suspension.
As per SEC that I posted earlier in this thread, they will not make a statement. So, I think anything we learn will probably come from the broker at this point. Just my opinion.

Never thought of that, I will try one if the market doesn't move. I have an odd feeling "someone" as going to buying all shares they can get.

Etrade will not trade this stock either. They were informed this is now a "grey stock" and the best he can/will do for me is let me find a way to trade it on my own. So if nothing else I will wall paper my house in it!!! But the split shares are still not showing in my account! And when I get a call back in an "hour" I will let you know what I am told.

spoke with Ameritrade: no transactions in this stock. Buys or Sellls.
I told them it has volume and I want to switch them to a brokerage that will trade them. They told me shares of GVRP are non transferable right now. This could change at anytime they also said. No reason why given.
On the above link, I will delve deeper into the rules when I get out of work.

They are public trades, I just got off the phone with Wells.
Basically, they cancelled all my GVRP orders. The were warned about trading this even though it is technically open. Any trades that sneek through from Wells will have funds put on hold.
They have calls into the SEC and NASD but aren't getting any answers.
Funny though, Wells reorg department told me I own more shares than exist.
My shares are posted to my account and the stock is trading.
Does Ameritrade have the shares from the DCT. I'm assuming you do since they are posted to my account. The stock is currently trading at .0005 and has hit .001. This represents substantial gains for my self and I am highly interested is seeing that Ameritrade resolves this matter quickly. Please advise As soon as possible.
I have also been on the phone with them and all they say is they are working on the matter but since thay are receiving conflicting reports they are not allowing trades at this time.....

ameritrade says - the trading going on is the company (GVRP) reorganizing their securities. wierd! these brokers don't know anything. they said i can place a sell order over the phone but i would be responsible for reversals. they said i need to call GVRP to found out what's the status. GVRP can't do anything. give me a break.
