We're screwed? Hardly. I think THEY are screwed. There will not only be covering, there will also be speculators more than willing to throw money at us. We will not have a hard time selling, these shares will be in demand like you've never seen before in the markets. All in my opinion, of course..

remember they can't do trades below .0001, so it has to be going .0001/.0002 bid/ask...the system won't accept anything else...... lower numbers will not allow trading.....

Doesn't sound correct....cmkx trades for under that. Of course, I hope you are correct, that would mean we would open for almost 50 times Fridays close. NOw that would be very very sweet.

Of course, Glassman, the brokers NEVER lose!
On my "we're screwed" comment, my approach is to always assume the worst and prepare for that.
Previously I urged people to contact regulatory entities to document GVRP company events. That creates a paper trail.
Now I am urging readers to send email to the two top dogs of this mess. My intent is double edged.
First intent is to alert them they are under a microscope, under close scrutiny. They will know every move they make, will be closely watched.
Other intent is to alert them at least one person out here is prepared to file a complaint with the SEC, which will raise their level of concern, cause them worry which will impair their thinking.
Hopefully, they will know people and regulatory bodies are watching. Hopefully, they will arrive at a conclusion it will be cheaper to buy back shares than to pull a stunt to weasel out of this.
My letter is a sales pitch. I am trying to sell a product. This product I am selling is GVRP shares, and I want those executives to buy my shares. More hope, maybe they will buy my pitch.
I, personally, am doing what I can to assure this goes down the way we would like. I am applying pressure from all directions and angles, to prepare for the worst.
We're screwed. Yes, we are. What we want will not come to past. However, with enough people applying pressure, as I am, there is a one-in-a-million shot at this coming true.
I am doing my part. If you do not do your part, you only have yourself to blame for not trying.

I joke around a lot, on this, I am dead serious.

I am sure they are well aware of the consequences they are facing. Hopefully the regulators have told them to pound sand already. I just can't see them stepping in to help this company who orchestrated a dump campaign that backfired on them. Your emails to them won't hurt, but I don't think they will make a hill of beans as far as the outcome. I have a feeling the outcome has already been determined and is simply out of our hands at this point. The situation itself seems to be enough pressure on them, emails from hundreds of shareholders at this point is going to serve no purpose.
Now, if they start playing dirty with us, thats another matter. Then the gloves come off and everyone should start doing everything they can to protect our position.

supposedly there are 5 digit trades on cmkx and crap, but i don't play so i don't know, to sell you have to throw in a market order.
If you do that here you are an absolute moron. Being someone is short shares there should be buying, buying shouldn't be lower than .0001 since no one can place an order below that.

"Now, if they start playing dirty with us, thats another matter. Then the gloves come off and everyone should start doing everything they can to protect our position."
My husband, an amateur boxer for decades, has taught me a lot about boxing, about defending myself. I do ok but he whoops my rearend everytime, unless he "secretly" allows me to win. I play along and keep my mouth shut so he can have a gentleman victory.
Most important lesson he taught is,
"Don't let your opponent have the first punch. You approach fast, aggressive, throw the first punch and keep punching away. That scares him."
So GNP, you are the type of person I will knock on your ass, first punch.
You are the type of person who would rather sit on his duff, do nothing, and see if anything comes up, which won't, because of your impotent attitude.
When we are screwed, I will send a reminder you did nothing to help, a reminder you were knocked out, first punch.

You been watching too much "Contender". As I said, send all the emails you want, I just believe its a bit premature. They already know what they are facing, they don't need me to remind them. Good luck.

One of my thoughts is they want to do a reveres split once the forward split is out, FS stocks don't clear till wed's, I don't think they can file the paperwork till thursday.....

Keith, not my intent to rain on this parade.
It is possible the transfer agent has already made deals to accumulate shares with other market makers. It is possible shares below what will show on our live feeds, have been made by the transfer agent.
I don't this to be true, but it is a possibility. Some market makers are wholesale brokers and "in house" deals are common.
None us have enough facts with which to work. We are operating blind and betting hopes.
I can say, if there is a way for the "company" to weasel out of this, they will. Any weakness, any loophole they find, they will use it.
My plan is to continue with aggression until the Fat Lady sings.

Purl - I'm probably not in your intellectual league either...however I can't see the harm in forwarding your 'sample' email. It's on page 28 somewhere in the middle of the page if anybody else wants to send. Night.

It appears you have a league of your own, posting phony press releases (joke or not). Maybe you would do well taking a little break from the board. I wished you good luck twice, and you barreled into me twice with personal attacks. Now go away little girl. Drop it.

trading could be halted AM. But if its not, the price will be as low as possible. MM's know a lot of people will be happy with that and eat them shares up.
I'm definately not saying it will play this week.
I checked out the angle on how fast they can RS and I feel I have a minimum of a week to trade.
I don't feel like the Nas will let this..sell your FS shares first and then do the FS scenario happen. I think they MAY tell the TA and company to rectify it by getting those shares back....
That is a big MAY but thats why i posted this on tuesday and I really didn't think it would go till friday.
My parade has not been rained on, I've just been reading up on their exit angle and trying to sort out in my head how to play this best as possible if it plays.
They could always find a new exit, its the UNKNOWN play.

Many deals are made off the exchanges. Paper certificates do not show on Level 2 feeds.
Another problem is transfer agents, market makers, are self-regulatory. They keep their own books and balances. They make private deals under a guise of "bonafide market making activity."
A fact we need is what percentage of volume since the date of the reverse split went into company hands, rather than public hands.
Still, there is this problem of company shares being reduced to six. Books cannot balance. Nonetheless, internally, between brokers, they can balance the books, with time.
There are exceptions to SHO rules. Most market makers are exempt, and the rules indicate a "reasonable" belief shorts will be covered.
A reasonable belief is those shorts can be covered after the forward split. That is enough to create an exemption from the three day settlement rule.
The company or transfer agent could hold a good number of short shares, which have now been forward split into a quantity to cover shorts.
Company common shares and public float, those numbers date back to July of 2004. We have no information which is current. Might be the company has been buying back shares since then.
All of this is so ludricous, I am not willing to state anything as factual. We can only guess and have fun guessing.

Just sitting here wondering who the Lady Purl considers in her "intellectual league" (other than maybe Molly and Plato) and whether or not they'd care about the honor? And, if that class ever had a meeting, who'd teach it and what'd he teach (preventative first strikes?)? Maybe it'd be home study or at least online, so as to prevent physical damage to surrounding property, if not the students?
