as an artist and student of humanity? i have sincere fondness for ancient (like 20K year old) goddess figurines...

tastes have changed over the millenia (really only the last 40 years) and i'm not so sure its a good sign of our mental health...

of course, i can't afford any of the authentic ones...

For trivia, I have a Minolta Dimage slide scanner,
very old, almost as old as you old men.

Takes me about twenty minutes to scan a single
slide, counting in working on them with my
Paint Shop Pro graphics program to clean them
up and make repairs. Lots of dust and tiny
hairs! Do not have a clue how makes its way
into slide storage boxes.

my mom has given me 2 of those scaners now...can't do a thing with them without hunting hell and high water for drivers to make them work

Minolta Dimage Scan Dual II

2000 year version 1.0.0 Windows.

I have this loaded on a Win98 SE machine.
Have not tried this on my WinXP Pro but
I am very certain there will be no issues.

Setup execute file is only 2.8 megabytes.
A single "inf" file for drivers, 3.3 Kilobytes

If you want this, I can load to my server
for you. No copyright issues because this
will only load if you have the scanner.

Might find this software at Minolta. Maybe?

never was mad at you....was hoping i didn't make a fool of myself. Ias a country boy tyin to maek it myself. The scanner i had was like pre-windows, don't think they even made compatable drivers. i gave up after i got them home from her place....shhhhhhhhh

okay, she did give me one more recently...bout a year or so ago..."visioneer onetouch 7600 usb scanner still haven't gotten that one working either.
