I still think an april short run sandy wants people to lock up shares and make money then he will go to plan b and I only can think of what that may be . But aside that who would pay 0001.5for shares when you can go to the market and pay a little more but have full control

At the rate it's going, the pps will be at .0001 before you can cash them in anyway. Then you would have paid 50% too much. This low pps just doesn't make sense, they must be diluting rather than buying back.

why would they diluted again while they are still doing the buyback? ..!! no point of it, wasted our time their time and their money on the transactions right!!

Remember up to 20 million if all were to convert Never happen but...if 25% to 50% that is not pocket change. Why do you think the personal letter from SW Whole BKMP market cap is currently under 4 million. hmmmmmmm

I have been a shareholder of BKMP for quite a while....loooong time. I received the shareholder letters however I will not exercise my options. I do not feel that this is in BKMPs interests nor its shareholders. I believe this is totally improper, however, totally legal. SW should be ashamed for even contemplating it.

IMO I can't see them converting shares and diluting, while they are doing a buyback, and trying to srew us at the same time. I agree with Jmac- $4m is some nice green for Sandy. I don't think he plans that far ahead- going from ones bs scam to the next, maybe he's crazy like a.....jack ass is the only thing that i can come up with. BKMP will never be what people expect- The Fight Network- will be. BKMP only owns 20%- Sandy can "hide" 20%.LOL

It's a cover to win your good graces. Looks good doesn't it? The buyback covers the dilution! It's a wash, or the stock would be moving by now.

Noah, At this point I would Hold on...I sold virtually all mine at 4 ......But just bought back a piece for what I believe will be an interesting end to the month. SW and buddies stand to clean up if people convert...He's even sending personal letters.. NOW...SINCE WHEN DOES SW GIVE A DAMN..especially enough to send a letter..When there is something in it for him... People may get excited enough to convert only if there is a run. I think SW will do his best to engineer one! Get ready for buyback news and PRs. I'll liquidate before April 30 no matter what. This guy is a crook (IMO) and out for himself. I don't think 136,000,000,000,000 preferred share divy was a mistake on SW's part. He knew exactly what he wanted to do with those and he's trying to capitalize on it. I really liked this stock before the crap. I won't stay for the dilution..

Burn, I said "POSSIBLE" 10% conversions = 13.6 billion eventual extra common and 2 million for SW and the boys.. 5% is more than all scheduled buybacks and makes a million. You can do the rest. Right Now the whole co has a market cap < 3 mil

This thing has been pumped for so long it ain't even funny. However, I must confess that I actually broke down and threw a few C notes at this POS just for kicks. Jumped in at .0003 If it takes off then great. If not I'm out beer, gas, and blow money for the coming week. I guess we'll see.

no..too many people out there thinking this is a penny land stock.
does anyone else see a trend with the biggest gainers...that the stocks with the most attention are the ones the MM play the most? if i was running or head MM i would come to allstocks, ihub, etc...see which board is the most active and see how many people I can convince to buy from pumps and then short the crazees out of it
