Younger America CEO Provides Open Letter to Shareholders
Tuesday June 19, 2007
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Younger America (Pink Sheets:YNGR) today issued the following open letter to Shareholders.

To Our Shareholders,

I would first like to thank all of you for your continued support and faith in Younger America and our vision for the future of our Company.

There are many achievements that the Company has reached in the past year and I believe that the future is very bright for the rest of 2007. We have recently appointed Irwin Newman as President of Younger America and Mark Cobb as Chief Operating Officer. Both are experienced businessmen with a track record of over 30 years of management responsibility.

We recently acquired our first wholly-owned subsidiary, Life Without Pain. Life Without Pain has a revolutionized pain therapy process through the introduction of its FDA cleared MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO. This process uses a Light Emitting Diode (LED) for pain therapy. Relying on narrow band near infrared energy, the MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO is able to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains, such as arthritis, joint pain, muscle spasms, or relaxing stiff and sore muscles.

The device is Food and Drug Administration cleared, Underwriters Laboratories approved, and CE approved. The CE mark is a mandatory European marking for certain product groups to indicate conformity with the essential health and safety requirements set out in European Directives and allows Life Without Pain to sell the device in the European Union. Life Without Pain has sold the MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO on the Home Shopping Network and is currently upgrading the Company's Web site to an e-commerce site, where customers can order devices and pay for them with credit cards.

Life Without Pain has already sold a total of 3,715 MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO devices on the Home Shopping Network. The units were sold for $189, plus shipping and handling per device. Currently, the Home Shopping Network has a purchase order for 7,175 MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO devices that are still available on its Web site. To purchase the MEDLIGHT™ 630PRO from the Home Shopping Network Web site, please visit:

Our goal as a Company is to acquire additional companies like Life Without Pain. We aim to acquire a portfolio of companies that provide leading edge alternative medical devices, systems and services. The roll up of these companies will create value for the shareholders and provide innovative technologies and products that can enhance the quality of life for people.

The management team is committed to building a strong brand position for Younger America and Life Without Pain over the upcoming months and years. As always, we would like to thank our customers for their business, our employees for their commitment, and our investors for their continued investment in Younger America and its future.

Sincerely,

Manny Shulman

CEO of Younger America

Why is it that the news came out one month ago with no movement until today. Something don't seem right here. Seems to risky and could end up being another bag, but $100 for half a mil might be worth the risk.

Well these are always the super high risk lotto plays. Purely for flipping, not investing. But we all know that [Smile] . So anyways, watched this stock this morning with 4 on the ask at .0001 and no bid. Over 150mil in volume in under 30 min and the ask disappears, closed with 5 on the bid and 3 on the ask at .0002. Huge move for a .0001 play. Now lets see if it's actually has momentum next week or if its just another dillution play to catch more bag holders.
