I hope to buy more Monday cause there's something brewing, I can smell it.
I fully agree that this thread is just fine

With all the buy-back, you would think this thing should be going up, but instead it keeps going down. It must be the shorts driving it down, if so we should see a short squeeze soon and it will shoot to the moon.

Well, well... Since I've been banned at the I-hub board I'll conduct myself in a more appropriate manner here (not that I was that bad there) as I have in the past and as befits the decorum of this board. Soooooo.. Some of you may know that I was a staunch supporter of BKMP and still love the TFN potential ........BUT........SW is a crook, in my book, and is bringing down the house for his personal gain. He has mailed personal letters to shareholders showing them how to convert. Maximum dilution and profit to SW and co. is staggering. (not likely but it WILL dilute) .....................Soooo............... My guess is that news...AND a nice engineered run precedes the conversion deadline causing many to convert for .00015 and filling the SW coffers.. So, we'll see I believe a run is on its way before end of April! and I certainly don't trust a CEO who gives a convoluted divy only to try to sell it and dilute for his own gain 6 months later. Sorry if its not the popular opinion.

Whats the matter Andrew? going somewhere? Do you have another opinion ??? Maybe an idea why pps is down again today? Why down 50% with all the MMA growth and TFN good news..hmmmm If you got out when I did you would have saved a few bucks to take advantage of a situation like this. MMA has little to do with it IMO Good to see ya again Buddy

MEEEEEEE! When I get them in hand I will have an instant 400% gain from the conversion fee's. If it runs to .01 at the end of april....I'm out- making better than expected on a dicey play. Will get back in after 6mo. on a major U.S. Cable Carrier.(Comcast?)lol

Zerocool.......yes you will make out on the conversion but note that they will be restricted shares so you probably wont be able to trade them for a year.
I got a letter in the mail yesterday from blackout media confirming this conversion and it stated that information.

Zero Cool... If everyone who is eligible thinks as you do.. Listen Now...There will be UP TO 136,000,000,000 NEW restricted COMMON shares and BKMP will trade at .0001 forever ...if you can sell at all.....(regardless of carriers) and SW gets the 20 Million for the sale of the RS.Don't forget this is a holding co with its only real asset being 20% of Blackout Communications/TFN JMHO

Wyoming is one of 3 states that have what are considered "protectionist laws"- meaning , well, exactly that. We are a haven for business- trucking, resources, corporations, blah, blah. Laws are "somewhat bias".

Jmac-
I know- I'm hoping "not everybody thinks as I do"lol I don't believe everyone will take the conversion though- regardless, I'm going to play it that way- I did mine immediately, and overnighted everything- might be able to step off with green. Imo price will run up a little enough. But I agree completely .0001- the wild card is that lunatic Sandy-- he might just take those "conversion fee's" and buy back at that .0001. CRAZY?? I wouldn't underestimate Sandy's ability to complicate things(ie. bend over again) I think he has already solidified his position, regardless of BKMP. I think he is out of R/S's, wouldn't you say?lol

Ooh, sorry, we is me- Wy. born and bred, family businesses.
As for who--businesses, etc, in the arena of limiting liability- and also criminal's- more judicial leniencies are given. If you are making money- it's on your side. Sidenote; "everybody knows everybody in Wyoming"

I don't follow this Wyoming discussion, sorry...
I was opening my mail while I was walking the dog yesterday. She pooped in front of the dumpster. Ironically enough, she was 'going' while I was opening and subsequently reading the letter about the share conversion procedure. In a bit of inspiration, I used the envelope to "clean up" so to speak.
At least it was good for something...
Can anybody remind me what the o/s is again? Last I saw on IHUB it was 12.7 Billion, but I haven't been able to get a hold of T/A to confirm.

me either, Bilgert--and I'm in it...
I guess he's saying allowing unlimited authorized shares protects the business...why not? If you need more, it's the magic porridge pot...
Last I knew, no one had been to reach the TA...

Wyoming is Nevada's worst nightmare. All the scam companies were (and most still are) domiciled in Nevada. Wyoming has adopted laws for scam corporations that are even worse (for the shareholder) than Nevada's. Think piercing the corporate veil is tough in Nevada? I literally don't think it can be done in Wyoming. I think Utah is next, Colorado might be up there too but I'm not sure. All of these underpopulated States are setting up laws to protect businesses and their owners in an attempt to recruit business and employment to their State to expand the taxpayer base. Sad thing is that while a few legitimate businesses might migrate there, they turn into a haven for the scams of the world.
