Well I am not "beautiful or single", but I am here waiting to be "filthy and rich". Anyone see when the last trade went through? I think my watch stopped...

So...haven't really kept up with the last 2000 pages or so since the FHAL thread started. I know the merger is taking place...does it still look like you are going to see that $15.00 per share?

either that or the funny farm BF.
CEO brought his attorney into the online chat last night, laughed his butt off at our questions and still insisted all is well.
as did the attorney, basically.
havent been able to find any inconsistencies really, nor dirt.
everything is 'basically' on schedule, CUSPID changed, ticker changed...
CHSD is teetering on a $1 fence and could fall either way

Who knows. They claimed they were working w/ the CPA today to clear up old, un-justified claims on FHAL. That will probably keep them busy most of the day. Then, there is the DTC and the TA that have to coordinate the file feeds and updates. My gut tells me we see the 10K Monday or Tuesday. But, I could be surprised today. I like surprises.

Personally I think Bud was full of crap from the beginning. I think he got a few lucky guesses on the PR's and that's about it. Last night's interview instilled more confidence in this, obviously we are green - and Bud claims to sell? C'mon! I have my doubts this guy ever owned shares, probably some teenager posting after school for fun.
And why would you sell now and risk getting caught with shares sold short if this really does happen ? Something never added up for me with this 'Bud' character, looks like I was right.

BB, you sounded like I do when I'm in class. It all begins to sound like Charlie Browns mom. Whawwha waha hawha. I think the longer your single the more difficult it is to share your life with some one.

I'm getting married this year for the first time, I'm 35. But I waited until I found the right one, so I'm not worried at all. If you know yourself and what works for you - and you're in love (duh) - it doesn't matter how long you have been single, it can work great.
Anyway I'm starting to agree with the theory on Bud being 'out', I don't think he sold, he claimed to have what 100K shares? I think that lawyer told him to shut the hell up or he would be sued. I would have done that to him from day one...
Well all I'm out for the weekend, GLTA and let's hope this finally gets done next week !

One thing about getting married; create a REVOCABLE TRUST and put all your assets into it before you tie the knot. That is stronger than a pre-nup. Any money you make within the trust - even after your married - is yours. As well if you or your spouse ever gets sued, they can't touch anything in the trust. e.g. your HOUSE !
I hope most of you know this already, but that's what the rich people do - a group we'll all be added to once Rufus pull this off!

One more quick story on the trust...I know a guy who was worth about 2 mil. His wife got drunk one night and lost control of her car and hit a pedestrian. The pedestrian obviouslly went to sue her, and since they were married his 2 million was her 2 million. But, this person was smart and had 1.75 million in the trust. When they looked at the couple's assets they found 250K, the ped was able to get 100K out of them. A hit - but not too bad. If that 1.75 mil was not in the trust the ped would've gotten close to a mil out of them. Food for thought!
