I've been watching that too like a hawk... Oddball amounts to, not in even blocks, just weird.
Just now, 2, 920 amounts at different prices. What are the chances of that???

If the PPS were in the double zeros then I would agree since 500 shares of a stock at 0.001 is 50 cents (not worth the comission fees). But 500 shares of something around $1 is $500, which is what quite a few people trade with.

Mirror trades. The first person sold at 0.6700 and a second person bought at 0.6710 (the MM was nice enough to keep the difference). The MMs are showing both sides to increase the volume.

I seriously think thats just the beginning today. IMO we will see more of that as the day moves on. Historically it seems that 2:30 is crunch time so 45 minutes from now i think we will know how the day will end.

I said screw it I'm gonna start making phone calls agian... I called Integrety Stock. He was enlightening on the situation. Btw Port, there are no new share structure changes. Numbers I got from him were out of 97.2 mil shares 25 mil are in the brokerages and the rest are in paper form held by individuals (not sure if those paper ones are held by company or Joe Blow investor or mix). Also I tried to get his feel for the validity of this company. He obviously could not give out any insider knowledge if he did know but communcated that the sec did appove them as a viable company (hence the allowance to do the merger, also as he said on the BB, not just some little penny (where his words)). He said that his dealings with the company were professional. It seemed he sensed that I was trying to get a feel of the legitness of this company (which I was) and he went above and beyond in explaining things to me to the point that I zoned out for a second or two (I wish I wasn't so ADD:). nonetheless he didn't just give me a quick answer to get me off his back as if he were sorry he had to deal with the company and that he was sorry for me as an investor. It was nothing like that. HE said that he understands that the 10K is being finallized and would be relesed when it's done. I remember Rufi saying something like having a few little things to tie up or finalize. Any busness that I've ever been involved with takes it time on majior moves, that's why they are still in buisness. I would much rather wait of CSHD to take their time and get it right then to throw out a 10K then have someone point out their error and the stock plumit to pennies because of being rushed. I see no reason (other than feeling sick to see the pps drop, btw not a good reason) to doubt the validity of this company. TImeliness would be nice, but this is the real world. Long and Stronger.

Thats what i thought!! The L2s do NOT match what im seeing in PPS decline! I often attribute this to my inexperience but something is horribly wrong IMO. Again, im looking at delayed L2 but something doesnt look right.

Can someone get the number to the Lawyer that was with Rufus in the last interveiw? Maybe we could call him up and ask him was bits of info we could legally recieve concerning the 10K release, the setbacks they are having etc. Gotta go to work will check back tonight. GLTA
