Good morning all!

Im pretty confident today i guess.

Last night was a refresher for me. I had totally intended to start depleting my position today if a) We heard nothing from CVSU and b) i was able to sell over the phone. It was planned as a slow depletion in hopes that news came out in time to stop me. [Smile]

the dtc has given the brokerages until 8/14 to resolve share conversions. This will be a day of waiting for your pre cshd shares. You can buy and sell cshd shares outside of your other ones if your broker allows it, but many dont.
I put a buy in for a small amount of CSHD through S.Trade today. If it's filled I'll let you know.

Imagine...if you will. Shorties clammering to cover at $2.00, $3.00, $5.00, $7.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, ??? They would be doing anything they could to get out of their positions.

It would be like the wild price run up seen in WALLSTREET.

Cool thought!!!!
It will never happen...

The second this thing opens at 15.00 it is commin down....Everybody and there brother in law are gunna be dumping for huge gains....If you could get everyone to hold, you would see a short squeeze from hell... But greed will help the MM's cover IMO..

good morning!!

Scottrade = FHAL#

Yet someohow the value of this stock in my portfolio adjusted to the current value of the CSHD stock?
Interesting . . they tell me they are not the same stock yet... so why adjust the value then huh?

Yes... but there is not going to be a reset in my opinion....
It will ride up and I think the shareholders will stick in this scenario versus a sudden jump to 15$.

Why would you want to get out if it's rising a buck a minute?

The best thing is NO RESET IMO

Etrade was the same way. It wasnt updating during the day yesterday but sometime last night it adjusted to the correct CSHD close.

Yea, thats a good point. I too would rather see it climb steadily than open at $15 and hope it stays there. But, do we really think that will be the plan...and, how many people are going to threaten legal action against Rufus' word that it would open at $15? Touchy subject im guessin

Maumee, I believe just the opposite may happen ... all things considered $15 could only be a flash as the price moves up! Guess we'll see won't we? GLTA!

I don't think he can be held liable for that... he gave option A B & C, said we are going to do C, but if the SEC won't let it in the end,,, likely not his fault... waste of time and money trying to sue him... only the lawyers will make out

Morning all... I have listened to the last nights interview four times now, slowly, fast, upside down and backwards. I am highly convinced that there will indeed be a reset, and that price will be $15 like stated in the 8K. [Wink]

If they get their 23 day average price above a dollar.... they may do option A as it would be easier than convincing the MM of an immediate opening value of $15..
but then again, Rufus stated that he could prove the value to the MM's with the 10K, and he had institutions ready for support.

Guess we will know in the next few weeks.

Still holding.

Why would they do option A

That means the price would be reset to the average closing price in the last 20 days, which would be like a $1

So a company that Rufus believes is worth $34 a share, would let it trade at a $1 per share. Doubtful. There would be a massive selloff as well

OK this took me a good deal of time to transcribe. (I do not know how transscriptionist do it.) But this is a question from earlier in the interview, with his answer. you tell me if this sounds like there is not going to be a reset.

quote:
Moderator: "Next question is aah... when might we expect a $15 dollar reset after this one swift transaction?... and umm what do you see in the future of this stock?"

Harris: "They {uncomprehensible sounds like "tell us"} when the reset is done. At the time of the halt trading, and with the annoucement, this will be Blagh, blagh, blag here's are filing with the SEC, and then the resets official."

I just heard it like 500 times while trying to write it. I am excited AGAIN! [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Later in the interview they go on to say that they may not need the halt to reset. Which I took to mean that if all is done before the DTC gets done they could perform the reset over night.

I had hoped something would have happenned with the halt/reset by now. I leave on vacation tommorrow and won't have internet access. Guess I will have to call TDA every morning.

Or maybe I'll just set my GTC Sell order at $15.00 LOL
