About the $500m loan
God darn it the people at paltalk piss me off.
They don't know the slightest thing about finances. This is what has happened.
They had $500m which they used to buy a bond with that pays 13% annually. Instead of cashing the bond in forfeiting the $500m, they instead use it as collateral to borrow cash at a lower rate. They use this cash to fund the sudsidaries. People can;t get this through their darn heads.
OMG someone gets it! Man I was dieing in the room!

Yeah I hate being in there without a Mic and alot of people. You just type and type to the brick wall. When all you want to do is yell at the fools.
One guy quoted them saying, "They might not need to halt the stock." and then somehow translated it into "So they are saying the price isn't going to be reset."
they clearly said the price will be reset, and that they might not need to halt if the DTC takes a long time.

A couple of things...A good many of the questions they were asked they cannot answer. Some they did anyway...CEOs just do that I have seen...sometimes they need collared
I am happier that they did not cash the bond than I would be with the cash in hand.

That was a good interview and should provide confidence to the shareholders. The paltalk people are idiots though.
Anyway I'm more confident now. No lawyer would their client state some of the things that those two talked about tonight. This is legitimate, it's just going to take some time to come to fruition. I'm holding my shares.

The harping on the bond was unbelievable. It is like these people have never been in the room (physically) with a CEO. YES they are cocky...and YES they say the stupidest things sometimes. The things I have heard CEOs say are incredible.
They have NO idea what it is to wait for something to clear. I have PE that will finally in the next week clear into stock. It's a year old but I have been in true flux on it for six months. Now I have to make a choice...all unrestricted...all restricted +25% more free ( restricted 1 year or move to new market) or a mix of the two. Oh, and I forgot...$25/month is free pizza for life! (UPZS). Sorry for celebrating too much...please do not let the zebra penalize me.

MMM...like I said...I have cleared funds and the bonus check in the account. If this dips on a few sellers I will be very happy to help push it back up.

I agree... they are legitimate in my mind.... HOWEVER, it could still fall apart last minute... They could run into some financial obstacles that would be difficult to navigate easily and decide that this is not the right shell company to emerge from.
They also SMELL BLOOD in my opinion, based on the attitude they expressed in the interview. I do not doubt that they want to get this done.. the question is CAN/IF they get this done.
Good explanation on the bond, this is a holdings company.... thay manipulate finance adeptly and legally... they borrowed against the bond with cash from Europe... possibly SuisseBank, where the bond is held.
I wish we could have asked more questions about the subsidiary companies of CSHD, that is where a good portion of the asset base comes from, and where the future contracts will derive.

They did acknowledge more issues than were disclosed by FHAL initially. Contracts and other items. Really what has happened is people who were not pursuing collection are now doing so based on anticipating deeper pockets.
You have to expect this to some degree. Working through that is likely adding time. Something not disclosed that is too bad to overcome is our only true risk right now...you are right, they smell blood and that was clear.

To me Dog it doesn't seem that they can back out now. Fhal is no more. The symbol changed. Everything in delaware is mergerd into one company. Rufus said weeks ago also that it was a done deal and couldn't back out of it now if they wanted to.

Champagne wishes and caviar dreams!
P.S. Sorry about the audio quality... I threw it together in less than a minute... if there is another interview.. I'll have it hooked up in the studio and will stream it with better quality.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the posts about the interview, and everything else going on over the last few days. My 4 year old is looking for a swimming pool, and I sure hope Rufus is true to his word - we'll all be sipping cool ones! GLTA!

Listening to the interview again. Someone posted a 5MB MP3 of the entire interview that is very good. It is allowing me to go through each question in detail. Anyone know a good transcriptionist?
They really did do a great job addressing good questions and blowing off dumb or repeated questions.

Thanks guys...I knew I could step away...and count on a detailed report of everything! We found an extra 300k that we were overbilled this year...so my day was pretty hectic after about one. I'm glad to come back and see what looks to be a bunch of very positive news.
Does anyone have a link to an MP3 of that interview? I'd love to be able to hear the tone?

what was the turning point for you, and how long do you expect to wait it out?

The turning point for me was when I saw that the shares had changed in my account - well at least the CUSIP #. The interview tonight as well. There is no way in hell a lawyer would let them say the things they unless it is coming to fruition. The SEC would have pulled the plug on this, instead I'm seeing progress.
I believe this is going to happen now, and I'd rather be in with 25K shares than 5K shares.
