I like how the last trade was 1.155 but the bid and ask sank to 1.13 before another trade... then there was a 1.22 that didn't move the bid or ask at all... actually it went down to 1.11 this is nuts.

So, who thinks that Rufus is waiting for all of the major trading houses to be able to have all of the new stocks, so that anyone who wants to trade will be able to? To make sure that everyone, including the institutional investors, are able to buy and sell the stock? Because the normal holders are going to want to sell to make the money, and the institutional are going to want to buy, this waiting will ensure everyone will be on the side that they want to be on. Just a thought.

People could buy the stock today...and then sell..(flippers) and some were able to call and sell through their broker...and choicetrade had trading on it with old Fhal shares...so lots of people were able to trade it...

Yes but where did the shares come from that were being bought if no one or very few were able to sell?

Scottrade said to hold till shares cleared because otherwise I would be short selling... I didn't flip any because of it. There was a big doing about this very thing with PAIV shares, some were told they now had to cover at market prices! But I think most were able to have the trades undone.

I was able to purchase 1K shares this morning at 1.09, I did this in case Schwab didn't turn over my 5K shares of FHAL and we halted and went to $15. I could at least make something !
Anyway it filled almost instantly. Schwab told me they will turn the symbol over tonight and it should ready to trade by Thurs or Fri.
I would bet good money (and I have) that Rufus is waiting for all the main brokerages to get their shares and iron this all out before the 10K and PR's are released. Once the CSHD shares are all tradeable then we should see the 10K.
Otherwise many will be screwed and the institutions won't be able to buy as none of us could sell. Fun times, eh ?

Btw...I bought these online. No call to Schwab was needed. I will try and sell 1 share tomorrow morning and see what happens, I'll let you all know.

Wally...I have no way of telling who was able to sell and not sell...but there are so many people out there and different means of trading..and who really knows what the OS or float really are? And you gotta wonder if shorting has already begun?

That is precisely where I was going with my question...

Just talked to Scottrade (Scottsdale) and they said they turned FHAL shares back to TA and are awaiting CSHD certs. They, as of now, have no date of completion. All is in process and is usual business.
I'm wondering how long this will take to complete considering the possible 16 mil short shares to be covered. Given the current float, this may take some time.
Patience is the key to profitability here. I am tempted to buy a small order once the price is $15 to help enhance the outcome ... not that in and of itself it would make much of a impact, but, added into the short covering, the institutional buying and the low float, it will work towards the "long" interest. --------HSM--- POST BY ORANGUSTANG!!!!----------------------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------------------Okay, I am concerned along with everyone else, but consider the following:
"We will halt trading, on the day, at the completion of the merger. After the 10K is filed, we will halt trading, and come back out the next day under the new symbol, and at $15 a share." --Rufus
S-4 has not gone through, so the merger is not complete. He says that we will come back out the next day under the new symbol, but he does not say that the new symbol will not trade at the FHAL price first. It's a technicality that everyone is missing. Rufus has not been wrong on this yet, and as far as I know, this is the quote that everyone is referencing for this info. Combine that with the other quote, which I will not take the time to find because my computer is slow, but Rufus said that progress would move expeditiously now that the issues were cleared up. I agree that the nothingness that happened today sure didn't seem expeditious, but we've come up with a few reasons, my favorite being that Rufus wants us all to be able to trade the stock after the reset. He wants us all to do well, but for those who are just going to jump out at $15, he would rather afford the institutions access to that many more shares, because he knows they will hold for the long haul. He knows that those who don't sell at 15 likely will hold on for quite a while. He's not stupid. Brokerages are saying 24-48 hours to change over the ticker, and some are saying as much as a week, so don't freak out if nothing happens tomorrow, but it seems like it very well could. This is delaying progress slightly in order for expeditious move in the not-too-distant future. By delaying this a little, he's also shaking out the weak hands and penny traders who feel uneasy about staying in a stock more than a week. He hasn't lied, and he hasn't been wrong, except on certain deadlines that were out of his hands, and even then, his estimates were correct, but there were unforeseen holdups. There almost always are. We're still good on this one, and IMO it will go off EOD tomorrow without a hitch. Don't fault me if I'm wrong on the date, though, because this is really just my take on it, and like I said earlier, it could take as long as a week, and they have until Sept. 30 before they really HAVE to do anything. Hope this helps to quell your impatience, and please, feel free to point out anything I've missed. __________________

yes...I think he's waiting on the confusion of the symbol change to clear. The free traders hold alot of this stock... and need to make them available to the major institutions. It would be pure chaos if the 10K and reset happened during the day today...
Scottrade says this could take up to 3 weeks... not sure if I believe them... but my FHAL shares are still FHAL shares until further notice. I could force a sell with a phone call however, but if any discrepency results and shares are not 1 to 1, the trader is responsible to make up the difference... so I'm stuck holding until this is cleared up. He may be holding the 10K on his desk until he's sure all the tradeable shares a re freed up.
Trade data is delayed at least 15 minutes. Best Bid and Ask reflect prices between 8:00am and 4:00pm EST, after these hours the best Bid and Ask at 4:15pm is shown.

Wow Stock Lemon is at it again! He posted some blistering accusations on his site, this is getting pretty ugly.
All I know - is that someone is going to get sued out of all this mess on one side or the other. Really nuts.

Bud is playing serious mind gimes with the folks over at IHUB. He's telling them Santa is on his way and Christmas stuff. He must be getting through in some of his calls, i doubt he would be so ballsy to post "crap" so openly in IHUB knowing that Rufus also frequents there. Couple thread you can follow through if you are bored.
I would post the "false" **** news that was out today but i dont want to start widespread panic. Its over at IHUB and NOT TRUE!
