I'm having trouble sleeping thinking about the $15... But yes, I too have thought about that because it just may be the real deal. Look... the market hasn't tanked us because everyone thinks this is going through IMO.

So far it looks like it's happenning. Slowly but surely. Doesnt do any good to get the PPS to $15.00 if it can't be traded. You can't buy it if no ones selling it, right?
Once we are allowed to trade it, then I'll worry about it.

i understand it as it can trade all it wants now at these levels.
each of our shares will settle in approx the same amount of time, since the transfer agent will distribute them all at the same time.
i imagine they are waiting for that settlement, then:
* halt first * reveal the 10k * reset the price to $15 based on the new assets revealed in 10k * wait for all us greedy folk to dump at $15 * institutions pick up cheap shares at $15 * issue abundant PRs to increase the price further and make institutions happy & us kick ourselves
of course it is anybody's guess. but i am SURE they must have the audited financials already. i really think theyre just waiting for settlement.

I can't imagine what will happen if everything falls into Place. A huge short position the JV's and subsidiaries. If this really happens I don't know if any of can really fathom it I know I can't.

short sign, I am skeptical, but watching level 2, when the bid is higher than the ask, it is a sign of naked covering called "Leap Frogging" and no shares availability. Very bullish sign if that is the case here. It has been happening all day today and yesterday.
