I've clicked on each of the pages after delting history and cookies.... the Fronthaul page with the graph and newswire releases is not coming up.... doubt it means anything. just wondering if you all are seeing the same thing.

Rufus and his crew had better update us soon or we are going to crash down hard NDOL style. The ONLY reason we are staying above $1 is that the majority of shareholders still 'believe' in this merger...at the first hint something is awry this is over... I really don't know what to think. We've been waiting patiently now and still no 10K or halt.
Patience is going to start wearing thin I fear ! But what the hell, I'm holding my shares, if I lose $ so be it. Made a little cash in ATWT today, enough to pay the rent another month and aviod the street life...

Well, i deleted cookies, temp files and history but still see the same. However, it was fun trying to find my login and password info since deleting the cookings ruined my relationship with allstocks!

Yea, thats what has me here still as well. Other than the 2 basher sites no one can really nail down a good reason for this not to happen. Its holding together regardless of SERIOUS attempts to break it down.
One thing that has never settled well on my mind though. I dont get why Rufus took the time to answer tons of calls and emails so early in the merger plans. I mean, our money meant peanuts at that time. If everything was in place as he has said then it didnt matter at all if fhal holders stuck around or not. I talked to the guy myself and im confused about it. I dont like the idea that i feel "necessary" in the plan. Sure, if he knew we were big money investors then he would take some time to please us, but he knows MOST of us bought a modest amont of shares at a verrrrry low price. If he isnt being so open with us because he needs us then he is just one heck of a Saint.

Exactly. I think he ran into some aspects of this merger that initially had errors and paperwork that needed to be re-submitted. That cusip number problem could have added 3 business days in itself. He kinda stopped talking and posting soon after the M n 1 day of drop.

Anyone know what happened after the Conversion Solutions / Waatle Holdings merger? In the article there is a comment about how (meaning June 2005)its now a publicly listed company under symbol OTC CVSU but as we all know it was privately held when they approached Fronthaul.
I know, i know...i should stop the digging but im headed out for Margaritas and im waiting for the person thats going with me so im bored again.

IMO..the phone calls? Rufas needed and hoped for this to really move quite high...if the PPS had moved up and stayed up...the PPS after the merger would have been much closer to the $15...and the chance of it staying at $15 or above...would have had a better chance...now? I don't think that he anticipated the "bad press" affecting the PPS as badly as it did...IMO...if he openly took phone calls and reinforced those callers...then it would stabilize the PPS...I think that it has...but not as high as he had hoped...
Keep in mind..that "he" can still back out of this...

Yea, i keep thinking that if certain criteria isnt met he will just give up and move on to the next shell. If everything is legit i could still see him feeling like he is fighting a losing battle.

Cat..IMO...he won't back out and move to the next shell..he would never be able to pull it off if this one falls through...
The only reason I see him not going through...is if he feels the PPS is not going to hold near the $15...it would be better for him financially to say screw it...I'll wait the 9 months and pay the higher fees to get listed on the NASDAQ...
The other factor is the FHAL audited financials..if they are not VERY bad...and they show even a remote possible chance of not being in bankrupt statis...then the deal has to be stopped...because he wouldn't be able to "stop and reset the PPS"...

I thought that he said they could not back out of this even if they wanted to. I believe everything is registered in Maryland as being complete. OTCBB also posted that fhal had acquired cvsu. Acquired sounds like a done deal. But how the heck knows anything right now.
