Well, if i understand BB correct....the info on Rocky roads is kinda "shallow". There isnt much meat on the people involved or real details. I saw the site you posted 10 and it appears they have a business but....something large?

just skimmed the past coupla pages, trying to catch up...
gotta question, in light of "options A, B, C" : is it possible that what we're saying is "A," now in effect? ie, "the average trading price."
iow, did the A option also include a "halt"?
I see where you are coming from there Tex...oh by the way, welcome back.
Anyway, i would hope that if an A B or C decision was made it would have been PR'd in some way. However, you make a good point because in theory the other things took place, we are essentially merged. Does option A require the 10k right away?

LOL..let's see...on that website for RRR..they have had 6111 visitors...and even if every visitor ordered at 3.50..that's a whoppin' $21388.50...which is very close to the amount that I have made off of this "stock"...guess i'm not going into that "business"... perhaps that is the wrong place?

I usually don't try to push stocks or investments on any of my friends or family, but an investor friend of mine put it to me like this...
"If this company was legitimate, why doesn't everyone know about it? There's guys at the major brokerage houses who get paid $500 grand a year to just sit and watch SEC filings, plus these guys have tried it before..."
I feel like this is much further along than those instances....
God... I hope Rufus found the right shell company this time!
BB .... do you think there's still something in the DD that would bust our balloon?
I'll check out the "Rocky Road" situation as I'm involved in the recording industry... but I have to tell you that it looks like this guy is a friend of Rufus and he is bankrolling his studio. Plus record labels are a good place to "lose" some money... very high overhead on gear ... plus tough to get paid by the clients.

Catia, I dunno...
am sorta relying on those who have been following closely... I haven't had to be away from trading, the board, and DD in general so much since about this same time last year...is quite frustrating for me, personally...wah wah wah

dog, my vp friend at merrill is watching this with me, jealous of my profits..
but it is too risky for him, and the profits are all hindsight, 1.
it isnt his money he is investing at work, 2.
it just isnt the way he was trained to invest, 3.
everyone has the potential to know about it, but the rep of the pinks makes it doubtful, so it will either be another 'pink scam' or 'a lucky break' in the brokerage house's books.

I don't like that answer...to me? that's a punk'd answer: were I answering the question, I would say something like: "Try rock road records--here's the url, phone number, and address."

I have friends that have a house in Broken Arrow, Ok and their house is an empty lot also. Check that address in zillow.com and maybe it'll return something.

BB... makes sense. AG Edwards is still not selling or buying this stock, even after the symbol change, they are blocking it from their clients. In my discussion with a broker friend, she stated that they are a very conservative company, pinks are often viewed as dubious, and they often won't allow trades of these stocks if they have "strange" activity (internet hype, merger situations, or possible SEC legal action). Someone at the main office pointed out the "insider trades" with the old CEO of the original Fronthaul, which I discussed in an early thread... Rufus stated that they had to "decide who got what and how much stock" in the merger. The CEO's of Fronthaul are not going to get a 1 to 1 interest from a bankrupt company as it is swallowed up by a successful, much larger private company. They had to work these details out early on in order to proceed... that is get them out at a reasonable price.

Ive posted this before too....I NEVER liked that The Brittenum Brothers were on board. Anyone here watch any American Idol by chance? Those guys, in my opinion, PLAYED that show. Then, to top it off...they buy a car using identity fraud and were arrested!

I wonder why they haven't updated their website to indicate the symbol change. Before they did it even before the SEC filing. Curious???

Actually, it would appear that "Your mortgage alternative" is a wolf in sheeps clothing, so to speak. Go to the http://www.yourmortgagealternative.com/ and click on a couple of different sites within the site. Now, by your "back" button click the down arrow so you can go back some pages. What does it say?
