When CEOs talk about share price I always figure reality is at 25% - 50% of whatever figure they are talking. If I am good with that number I am in. Therefore, I am in on this.
Yes, Rufus can back out bit it seems like too many items are in motion for that to happen. I think that is a low probability unless the FHAL financials are far worse than what was "sold" to them. Remember they are assuming the debt.
There are any number of points where this can have issues still. Everything has to be just right for the day to be picked and S&P, SEC and NASD to all be happy.
So far, everything has happened just not to our schedule. This all should have been expected to some degree. I at least expected some delay. You just can;t anticipate all the potential issues.
One of my PE investments has been hung up for 6 months at a state level. All sorts of things can happen.

Hmmmm, well how about the fact that in the article about Conversion solutions and Waatle merging the dates are 2005. Notice, Ben Stanley is the COO of Waatles, Rufus CEO of CVSU. A year earlier they were partnered up in a company called Enhancement Holdings and had the BBANE fiasco. I wish i knew how that timeline was played out.
I need to stop before i convince myself to sell.

For the love of ___ Rufus is posting on Ihub again! Someone tell him to shutup, he posted this as part of his response; "GODSPEED everyone and stand fast, all is very well and will slowly work through the system"
The "slowly" part has me now convinced this will not happen this week - if at all this month. This thing is one step away from collapse imo. Forget this nonsense, I'm dumping my shares in the am.
Good luck guys I hope you make out well, but I've had it.

Cat...I think that most of the "holdings" that they have now were all "acquired" in the same manner...I just haven't been able to find where they actually followed through as far as they have with this one...to me the 8K makes all the difference... and Portman is right..things take time...

Im not worried about an 8k with the previous merger nor am i concerned how far along they made it. The fact is, the articles are written much like the articles today....with hope and future goals. But, i cant seem to find where any of that materialized. I just wish Rufus was squeeky clean.....i only hope he has just been unlucky!

The only thing I know is that I won't be looking back someday thinking that was the most idiotic thing I've ever done was sell those FHAL shares right during the dealings and then it shot up.
If I lose 500 bucks so be it. If I make 7000 then thats even better but my chips are in.
Risk what you can afford to lose!!!

Thanks for your thoughts US I know we are all getting tried. I can't say that this looks all that catastrophic just yet. So I am going to hang in there a bit longer. I would hate to miss a huge payday if it is out there, but we all have to play to our own limits.
I know for a fact that a few weeks from now I will look back on even these comments as tidbits of unknown wisdom or just spouts of plain stupidity. The line we walk is just that thin. GLTU and GLTA.

bud is not a legitimate source. Just how enthusiastic would you be to tell someone what color the sky is after they threatened to sue you?
