I have not been able to make much of the 386 docs that have been posted Tex and BB seem to have a good grasp on what is required to pull a 386 off. Personally, I did not read the 8K that way. I would think a bad 10KSB is not in anyone’s interest, and any 10KSB would include both numbers for Conversion and Fronthaul combined and just by placing the new Conversion numbers in the document would show greatly improved value. I think I read that in a reverse merger the absorbed company must show ability to assume 90% of all debt of the shell, and 80% greater book value, but don’t take my word on that especially the 80% part. (Just writing it sounds like I made it up.) I am sure there are stips on what constitutes a RM, but the numbers and the rules around a 386 are greek to me.
Overall, I do expect a complete 10KSB including everyone’s numbers, and the larger the better. Would be awesome if it looked anything like Haliburton’s 10-K the other day. Minus the lawsuits and disputes of course, but that is some serious wishful thinking. Once again following me on this because I know I am lost...

I know things like this can very easily get delayed, and I am in this for the long (short) hall, but what about Rufus saying that our shares would be worth $15 on August 1st? Am I just reading too much into that statement, or should I feel a bit wary? I am still holding, and don't plan on dropping for under 15, but it still makes me wonder.

Thats a tall order,,,,,I've been lookin at charts for damn near 20 years,,,,of and on... Heck, we used to make them by hand all nite long then stare at them just in time to make a trade in the morning...(before the internet was) After a while I think that you just see things that are trapped in the back of your mind..Kind of a deja vue...
We have good support at the .80 level today...pretty strong.... But a good shake, and the way those blastard MM's like to take advantage, it could blow thru and the next level is below .60....I could be lookin to hard..

I think rufus had every intention of finishing deal by 1st, unfortunately shiz happens...sometimes in business things dont always go as planned.

Thanks Maumee. I realize its a black art and I appreciate your charting input. Seems like you are right on lots of these things and I just want to see that stuff too. Maybe one day I'll be the jedi you are .
Charting by hand...man, I bet yall were giddy when computers and spread sheets came about.

I called Ameritrade and asked them about the reverse merger between FHAL and Conversion solutions, I asked the guy if he knew what the new symbol would be and he said CSHC.dba...also asked him about the whole tranfering shares thing and he said that when they recieve the shares from FHAL it would take 3 business days to complete, I also asked him if when the price is reset at 15 how could I sell if I wanted to, he told me if there is stars around the fhal symbol in your account you would have to call the sell in and if there is no stars around the symbol you can sell online.

I tried to clue a friend of mine into this stock.... said she didn't go to school to learn trading and would leave it all up to her broker.... Any of you guys ever learn this stuff in school? I think not...

Never saw a "system" that I liked, so I combined a bunch of the best things out of several. As far as an over the counter trading system, I would turn someone on to Vector Vest, that seems like a solid system but I never tried it. Otherwise Tradestation IMO is the place to be, need $5000 to open an account. They have all the bells and whistles ~
They have a market scanner in REAL time, you punch in the price range and it looks for breakouts placing the strongest ones at the top of a ever refreshing list. One click to see a chart, one more click and your predifined order is sent. How sweet is that?!
They have IMO the best backtesting system out there. You can lay down how you want to trade, say off a MACD, Stochastic or combo's, and with a click it'll show you what your trading method produced,... -or didn't produce
After we bag this puppy maybe I'll see some of you there on the message board!

Dog, I went to school for this but haven't used it in years. I have a BA in Finance. You guys do such a great job, that it makes me miss doing the leg work. I hope to get back on track soon.
