This might have been said before but this looks to be a pure shell play to get listed. Much like UPZS was. The difference here is people know about this one up front.

After the news last night it would be interesting if it halted today! He seemed to be scowling relentlessly towards flippers last night so i think he would be happy to take them out of the game. If it doesnt halt i would expect complete chaos today, hopefully the bulk of that chaos being buys!
Ive certainly changed my planning after last night. Ive been going on gut instinct with fhal since June 15th. A few days ago i had decided to sell as fast as I could after merger, and possibly even sell some before! Now i can see myself holding AT LEAST a 3rd of my shares just to see what this is all made of. This is my gut feeling, i hope everyone else follows their own.
Good luck!

yes guys.... i believe that interview was great... just my opinion. i never heard him say how many shares they bought(he could have) dunno... but those shares will be kept in the company until a later time *IF* they need capital. They ended up stopping the whole buy up of the float because ppl were trading so much they were hoping the float would just buy up itself... In the next two years we may receive shares from different companies. There are 6 new projects on table and maybe be 20-30 soon... The reason why they bought FHAL was because "it was the right time at the right place" They had no intention on going to the Bulletin boards but it just worked that way. progressing towards nasdaq as fast as possible. just like someone else said they wanna make it 45 days after symbol change but it may be 50-60. the 10k will be released next week with hopes of tuesday. if not tuesday the latest will be thursday. The SB will be released right after the 10k. THe halt for trading will end right after 10k filed and open at $15 (now from there, who knows... maybe profit takers will make it dip. But Rufus made it clear he wants this to succeed and he was pretty convincing.) He said the worst case scenario for FHAL holders was selling under $15 kinda jokingly. Then he went into the spin off company shares we receive and everything. He also said something about if they end up calling for certs... and make a pile of money off the shorts, they have to do a board vote and we may receive that money as a dividend. Someone said it already, Rufus owns 9mil in cvsu and none in fhal. No executive can sell or buy anything untill the merger is finalized. The amazon deal is not what they had in mind. It ended up being something else. Said something about a guy named Bruno down in Texas...... and something else. They will be pursuing it still tho.
well thats when i quit taking notes. you all should really listen to it

The way he talked about institutional buyers last night made me think that he might have a couple private placements on the table for right after the symbol change to keep the stock price up. Any thoughts on this??

nice work P Rowds - I can confirm your notes. I wish I could have written more down but watching three kids and trying to listen and take notes while holding a baby - well, you get the point.

R Rowds/CatiaEngineer/10of13 Agreed.... And yes that's pretty much what I got out of it, and yes it does look like a stock that should go up even after the merger with deals like that on the table.

fryyguyy... yes, mr. harris also said that after the symbol change... or was it next week... or was it... i can't remember... there will be a string of PR's. Once those 6 companys are looked at and brought into the cvsu company... geez... i dunno really... and the lotto system he is talking about. they will pretty much have a legal "monopoly" on it because it's a contract. i think he said it was 10 years. and you know how many suckers out there play the lotto:D But yeah, that interview just made it interesting for me... i dunno what the hell i'm gonna do. almost does make me think about an investment and not just a trade:D

Just my thoughts.... But who in their right mind would sell? Before the merger look for scared money to sell some, even now, and hey with that price jump I'm not going to throw stones, but this is looking like a one in a million shot here and personally I'm going LONG ~

well thats what rufus would like... he's tired of ppl flipping. as he said last night and fryyguyy relayed... "quit making .10 cents on this and make 10 dollars" he seemed he was sick of all the flippers and just wants this to take off. he really should release a PR about... i don't even know. Not just new additions.... oh yeah and the spin-off companies from what i understand it as... we will receive PR's from them as well due to us receiving shares of them through cvsu... did i say that right?
had to edit the .10 dollars to... well 10 dollars lol

Hey... even IF they can hold this thing down and with the shorts --and the interest in this stock right now I doubt it... So let it go through the merger and come out at $15 a share and then sell it at ANYWHERE NEAR that amount it's worth it! If it plummets to $5 I'll be screaming for joy!!

This cert thing has me worried. If I don't get my certs, or have them changed over to my name, is there anyway I can get screwed out of all of this? Can the MM's just go bankrupt or something and I loose? I would think that the broker would have to do something about this.

I'm happy we're not gapping up, I hate it when ppl keep saying "the gap needs to be covered" that puts doubts in ppl's minds, this should go up and up today. This may be one hell of day. GLTA

This dividend thing Rufus talked about...it sounded to me like he wanted us to call for certs so that the MM's would have to cover. It seemed like he felt there weren't shares available to cover and the MM's would have to come to them to buy them out of their trust. The dividends would then come from this????
Anyone have a link or know where to look for the recorded interview of last night?
