LOL... Thus begins the economic circle of life. Man makes money. Man gives money to woman. Woman spends money at small retail store. Small retail store places order from big manufacturer. Big manufacture has great quarter and PR's increase in profits. Man makes more money.

Tuck dollars wisely. [Big Grin]

Gentlemen, I have sold out of my position Friday. Why ? I decided to give 'Rufus' a chance to

#1 File the 10K
#2 Halt the stock
#3 change over to CVSU.

I'm sorry but since none of these things have happened I no longer believe this is legitimate. Of course I could be wrong...however, I feel there will be another twist in the story this week.

I wish you all luck, I'm not bashing I just simply decided that if those three parameters were not met by 3:40pm on Friday I would sell my shares.

I took a loss on this from an average of 1.30, anyone good luck to you all ! I hope this really does happen for you all, but 'Rufus' did not meet my personal investement timeline. Adios, see ya round the boards !

I noticed that, too...

but, no I do not know--I remember wondering if that indicated a share-for-share exchange. Worth a call, in my book...

I took this to mean. Each CVSU share owned by a CVSU share holder will recieve 1 share of FHAL... as stated in the 8K.

doubtful...

in fact? I've never noticed that type notation before. Not that I've "seen it all" but I do watch dailylist pretty regularly. Seriously, somebody should call for clarification...

Basically the listing is of securities that have been deleted from the system. The comments section would be used to show why it is being deleted. In this case it is being deleted because it is being aquired, and each outstanding share of CVSU is to be coverted to "1 of FHAL".

I disagree with this...not cuz Dust is "wrong," but because *my* brokers are no help with these issues. I have to walk them by the hand through "dailylist" info... lol, they (my brokers) spout almost anything, then change their tune only through repeated calls with updated info.

I know there have been some comments in regards to the lack of a sign-off by a CPA on the financials (no recent posts here but just the same I thought I'd comment) . . . I for one find some solace in the credentials of CVSU's CFO (taken from the 8-K). If this description of Mr. Horton is accurate, would he really associate himself with CVSU in a big facade and risk everything he undoubtedly worked very hard to develop?

Darryl Horton, CPA - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Horton is a graduate of Accounting (cum laude) from Michigan State University and has an array of experiences that include fifteen years working as an executive with the State of Michigan. Mr. Horton has served State Government as Director of Internal Audits and he is currently the Director of the Division of Licensing & Certification, which is responsible for the monitoring and regulation of all of the state's hospitals and health facilities.

Darryl Horton has earned invaluable experience as a Certified Public Accountant for over fourteen years and as Founder and CEO of Horton & Associates, a public accounting firm specializing in corporate tax planning. As an Associate Member of the Certified Fraud Examiners and as a Certified Internal Auditor, Mr. Horton has developed and monitored budgets in excess of 250 million USD, focusing on analysis of internal controls and utilizing risk assessment tools for various organizations in both the private and public industry sectors.

Mr. Horton is a highly respected member of his community who serves as Audit Chair for the local chapter of the American Red Cross; he is a member of the National Association of Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors, in addition to participating on the boards of several other organizations and charities.

I found this entertaining (from an ihub post):

The Basher Modus Operandi!

I'm posting this as many times as allowed tomorrow before the opening bell and throughout the day to counteract some basher posts..

Listen people, BASHERS have ONE reason to be here, but I'll list the possibilities as to why again.

1. they shorted, and are heavily in debt. If you don't know what that means, look it up. In short, (haha) they NEED the stock to fail BIG or they stand to lose ALOT of money. Yes you can trade on the stock going DOWN instead of up.

2. They are paid bashers. YES they exist. They get paid to come onto message boards because they are well seasoned in how to bash a stock and come up with bad PR as proof. Remember, it's 10 times as hard to be positive or find positive, ANYONE can find negative about ANYONE or ANYTHING at ANYTIME...it isn't hard. Hell, look at Microsoft...wouldn't you like to have owned a big chunk of that though? How bad did people bash that stock, that company before their IPO. Then afterwards, it is continually bashed as a corporation. Yet, they basically rule the world don't they? (until that linux takes off (don't hold your breath))

3. They are losers. They are miserable losers and have nothing else to do but bash people because it makes their miserable little lives feel better when they see they are distressing others. AKA Parasites. People like this are the same people that create virus' for computers.

4. They lost alot of money buying high, thinking it was going to climb, but when it dropped they sold. Now they are out and are afraid they will miss out on a big claim. OR, they were left holding the bag buying high and panic selling low with another stock, aka SUPER NEWBIE wanna be get rich so they don't have to take the trash out for mommie and daddy at home, where they live....at age 40.

5. OR they truly want to save you from making a bad mistake. Now, think CAREFULLY on this one. Think of the rhetoric they use to convey their messages. Do they sound like they care? Do you REALLY think that ANYONE gives to craps about YOUR personal financial situation. Think about it. Especially some of these people that are posting day and night, gloom and doom...looking to bash this stock and prove their point SO very hard. Why would they do this? Hmm, I DON'T KNOW...maybe (refer to points 1-4)

mtpromises, propaganda is seen thru in a heart beat around here, pumper or basher..By spaming as you suggest, is just a pain in the arse to most thinking people on this stock.

Also, comparing this company to Microsoft could be construed as a classic pumper tool...I wouldn't advise using the comparisan..

Some humor and wit? go for it..Hard evidence of facts? Go for it.Good analysis of the situation? Go for it..But the we do not have a bubble gum crowd that needs constant re-enforcement.

Who is messing around with my post numbers?
10635 not 1635!

I went to the casinos and gambled a little this weekend to take my mind off of it. I have about 500,000 shares that I bought at .10 and can't wait til tomorrow and beyond.
