Boy everybody is busy today. BB reading your post from a while ago and went to see exactly what was different. Still reading all the messages today but did notice that the Lockheed announcement was for "joint air-to-surface standoff missile" while the "plagerized" version for CVSU was for "joint air-to-surface logistics temperately control missle actuators" even had a picture of an actuator on the page.
Anyway, it looked diferent enough to be a sub-contract of a large 87M Deffence contract. Is it real? Now that is still open for debate.
