No...at first they just don't move...Frozen...on the L2's you should see a H symbol(at least on etrade's)...but I really think that we will see the audited financials for FHAL BEFORE any of that...

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The U.S. Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin Corp., the country's largest military contractor, a pact worth more than $87 million for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile for Australia. So what kind of trade halt (T or H code) are they expecting?
H.10 Trading Halt - SEC Trading Suspension . The Securities and Exchange Commission has suspended trading in the security until further notice . H.11 Trading Halt - Regulatory Suspension/Cease Trade Order. Trading is halted in conjunction with a foreign securities exchange or market for regulatory reasons.Security is dually listed or registered and a foreign regulatory authority or market halted security. T.1 Trading Halt - News Pending Trading is pending the release of material news. OTCBB issue is a deritive or component of a security which is listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market, U.S. exchange, or foreign market or exchange, and there is a trading halt on the underlying security. T.2 Trading Halt - News Released The news has begun the dissemination process over a major wire service. T.3 Trading Halt - News and Resumption Times The news has been fully disseminated over a major wire service. Two times will be displayed: (1) the time when market makers can enter quotations (2) the time the security will be released for trading. Beginning Monday February 5, 2001, all trade halt and resumption times will be posted in HH:MM:SS format. This is a change to the current format of HH:MM:hundreths of a minute. T.12 Trading Halt - Additional Information Requested by Nasdaq Trading is halted pending receipt of additional information requested by Nasdaq.

1 share FHAL for 1 share CVSU...regarding the acquisition...
that is all it was in referance to...
look at the AMPLO just below CVSU it has the same language only it also is including a $ amount in addition to the shares...
and this of course is totally in agreement with what previous PR's and interviews have lead us to believe would be the case...
